IT'S BEEN TWO MONTHS since Jaydon arrived in Lily's mansion. Jaydon grew on Lily and they're happy with each other.
Lily's secret is still hidden. Jaydon have no any idea about it.
Lily's hair were flying away because of the wind. She was in the balcony, looking at the sunset.
She felt arms hug her from behind making her smile. Only Jaydon can do that to her.
"You okay?" Jaydon asked as he rested his chin on her shoulder.
Lily leaned on Jaydon's chest. "Yeah. Look, the sunset is so pretty." She pointed.
"Lily if I leave, would you let me go?" Jaydon suddenly asked which made Lily turn her head to Jaydon.
"Why are you saying that? And no, I'm not letting you go." Lily circled her arms around Jaydon.
Jaydon smiled secretly.
"It's been two months right?"
Lily nodded. "A lot has happened.."
She gulped. She's planning on telling him her secrets. Every secret she has. I should tell him.
"I have something to tell you, Jaydon. I trust you, so please don't break it.."
Here it goes.. Jaydon thought.
They went inside the room and closed the door to the balcony. Lily sat on the bed and played with her hands.
Jaydon sat beside her and held her hand. "Lily, if you're still not comfortable on telling me, it's okay.."
"No, I should tell you. Or else, our relationship wouldn't work." Lily replied.
Silence filled them not until Lily spoke.
"I was sixteen at that time. My grandparents used to live with us. My mom was an agent, my dad was an assassin. And then I told myself, I want to be an agent as well. It was my dream." Lily took a deep breath before continuing.
"I was my grandma's favorite grandchild. She treated me like a princess. But she overheard my conversation with Mom. She told me, if I become an agent, she'll be disappointed at me. She wouldn't treat me like a princess anymore and she promised that if I become an agent, she'll make my life a living hell.. "
"I told her that whatever happens, I will become an agent. Then, she locked me on the basement for eight days. They would just give me a small amount of food. Everyday, they would ask me, do I still want to become an agent? So I said yes.."
Lily's tears fell from her eyes. She tried wiping her tears but it just won't stop.
"Hey Lily, stop. It's okay.."
But Lily shaked her head.
"My parents managed to take me away from that basement. I was traumatized, so I needed to see a therapist.."
Lily wiped her tears again.
"Jaydon, I am not just a normal cetizen."
Jaydon's brows furrowed. "What do you mean?"
"I am Princess Lily Elise from the House of Mason.."
Jaydon froze. Lily is a princess. A fucking. Princess.
Lily's tears fell from her eyes once again. "Please Jaydon, I beg you.. never tell a soul about it.."
