Let Go - Minsung

𝙩 𝙝 𝙞 𝙧 𝙩 𝙮 𝙩 𝙬 𝙤 ( 𝙚 𝙣 𝙙 )

minho's eyes streamed with tears as he ran next to the stretcher with jisung on it.

the sight was horrid. jisung was barely breathing, and was severely injured.

the doctors stopped minho from going into the emergency room with jisung, and they made him stay in the waiting room.

minho walked over to the waiting room, slouching down in a chair and sobbing.

he didn't want jisung to be taken away from him.

minho tried to hold in his cries so the others wouldn't be bothered, but he couldn't hold it in.

[2 hours later]

minho was still in the waiting room, waiting for any information about jisung's condition.

then minho saw a doctor approach him. minho looked up at him, wiping his tears free from his eyes.

the doctor sighed deeply. "jisung is in critical condition. we are not sure how much longer he has." the doctor paused. "i am so sorry."

minho's eyes teared up again.

[minho pov]

this can't be happening.

no.

it's not... it's not happening..

the doctor motioned for me to follow him to jisung's room.

i followed him. i was still sobbing.

i could barely see because of all the tears.

as we stepped into the room, my heart shattered into a million pieces.

there he was.

his beautiful face had dry blood on it. his eyes were closed softly.

the heart monitor beeping slowly was all i heard, aside from my cries.

the doctor stood in the corner of the room, watching over jisung.

i sat knelt down onto the floor next to him.

"m-minho..." jisung said faintly.

"y-yes, baby?" i sniffled.

"i-i don't deserve you... but i am always here for you and i don't want you to ever l-let go." he cried softly, his eyes still closed.

"jisungie.. you saved my life... how could i ever let go with you by my side?" i smiled softly as tears rolled down my cheeks. "y-you have to stay with me.."

"i love y-you.." jisung said softly.

"jisung, i-" i was about to finish my sentence, but was cut off.

it was the heart monitor.

jisung was flatlining.
