"dads! im home!" jisung called out to his parents, closing the front door behind him.
"okay jisung, get to bed soon. it's getting late!" taehyung called out from the living room, cuddling next to jungkook on the couch.
"okay."
[flashback]
"what are you doing? get downstairs now!" jisung's dad yelled, smacking the frail jisung across the face.
jisung's head snapped to the side, wincing back in pain.
"i was just trying to get food!" jisung cried out, looking up at his father. "why are you like this?!" jisung cried out louder. his dad was shocked.
"wh-"
"all you ever do is yell at me! i was just getting food.." jisung cried softly said, looking down.
his father's fist swung back, making contact with jisung's nose.
"shut up! i give you food, i let you live in this house, and you wouldn't be alive without me!" jisung's dad yelled. "stop being ungrateful and go back downstairs."
jisung ran down the basement stairs, crying, not looking at his father.
