Levi's POV
It's the day.
He is arriving today.
I bite my lip as I nervously grab the railing.
We are currently at the airport arrival area.
And when I mean "we", I meant me and Kuchel and Hange. Yes, Hange is here too because she likes Eren. Not romantically but platonically. Apparently Eren is a very "interesting" person to her.
"Calm down, son." Kuchel chuckled beside me.
I glance at her, "I'm fine." She looks very chill with the way she shove both her hands in the pocket of her coat dress but deep down, I'm pretty sure she is very interested to meet her "future son-in-law"... said her.
Clicks of heels and footsteps and sound of luggage wheels thunder the floor and I quickly snap my attention to the people coming out from the door. My eyes zone out and switch to every person I see to find a person with the height of 6 foot, brown hair and mismatched amber and emerald eyes.
I flinch when I heard Hange screams from beside me, "Eren!!!"
I reacted and push her to silence her, "Shush! Don't make a scene."
"Aww man, I was just trying to help you. You look like a lost kitten finding their mother." She pouts.
I was ready to give a beating to her until I heard someone called out to me,
"Levi."
I snap and turn around and gasp as I face him.
He stands in front of me from the other side of the barrier. His face paints a soft smile as he stare down at me. I swiftly analyze him from head to toes and not much physical changes were made except for the fact that his hair is now much longer and tied into a man bun and his body seems more bulkier than before.
I didn't notice that I was crying until Eren himself tenderly swipe his fingers on my face. Then he rush to pick his luggage and walk over to me so that he is now fully beside me.
No barriers, no long-distance, no need to type anything through the screen to convey my feelings.
He gently pull me against his buff body and as I wrap my hands on his waist to return the hug, the contained feeling gush out all of the sudden.
"Shh... don't cry..." He comforts me.
"I.. you.." I hiccup.
"I'm here now, baby. You did such a great job waiting for me." He repeatedly praise me.
"You're... finally here.." I cry.
I could give less fuck if people are staring and pointing fingers at us or Hange going crazy with the PDA we're showing or Kuchel recording this because I'm happy.
I'll be fine as long as Eren is here with me.

"I'll be fine, Kuchel."
"I know, I'm just- just as excited as you are!" She exclaims.
"Yeah, right." I roll my eyes.
"So, I'll come to visit you here tomorrow, okay? I'll give you a day to do whatever you want with him for starters."
"Sure."
"I'll come visit you too!" Hange says beside my mother.
"Right." I give a small smile.
