"MERRY CHRISTMAS! CHEERS!"

Sound of wine glasses filled the thin air. The Company 8 was having a feast as the Christmas Day stayed, everyone stayed up to celebrate together. You drink your wine as your eyes widen and looked at your captain, Obi.

"We're minors!"

"It's non-alcoholic don't worry. I'm not that careless."

"Oh okay."

You drink your wine straight up as you smiled widely with the sweet taste. You looked at the young man who were just staring at his wine glass.

"This drink is suspicious. It looks like a blood of my companion!"

"It's just a simple wine Mr. Knight."

"What did you say Demon?! Can't you see?! It's a blood!"

They started to argue with each other. You just let out a chuckle as you watch them hit each other like a children arguing about a candy. You let out a sigh when someone placed a gift in front of you. It was Maki and she was followed by your other companions. You held your gifts as you placed it in front of the dedicated person.

"Arthur, here. Merry Christmas."

"Is it a bomb?!"

"Definitely not."

You raised your eyebrow and smiled creepily like you were about to kill someone. Arthur started to shake your gift. It was a toy that will really reminds him of what he is.

"SILVER!"

It was a horse figurine, it has white color. You just let out a smile while looking at his happy expression. It was a worth it saving up for that figurine. You saw his smile that can't be bought by money. You chuckled as you looked at the guy admiring his features.

"Looks like someone is in love."

They started to yieee loudly as you looked around. Everyone was looking at you. Your face slowly turned into red as you rushed away. Arthur just looked around while asking them why. You went at the rooftop as you tried to catch up your breathe. You started to slap yourself as you started to clear up your thoughts.

"Why..."

"Why what?"

You titled your head you saw Arthur hugging the horse tightly. He lend you a gift as you feel it was fluffy. You slowly opened it and you saw the hat it was rabbit like. You wear it as you started to press the buttons soon it rises the ears. Arthur held your cheeks as he looked at you playing with the hat.

"It suits you well."

"T-thank you..."

Soon he was about to leave as he tilted his head once again. You just looked at him while holding the hat he gifted for you.

"You don't have to run away next time. Stay by my side."
