Monomi and Monokuma have both broken the Fourth wall at least once in their respected games. Monomi's isn't when she gets her name changed from Usami to Monomi and she says "H-How...? Even the display changed to Monomi?!"
Monokuma breaks the 4th Wall in the Dangan Ronpa Trigger Happy twice by putting emoji's in his speech (ex: :) )
