Chapter Sixteen 'He Remembers'

"Edmund remembers everything after you blow the shell," she said.

I soon realised that the shell I blew into was the one of old tales to bring two loves together. I wanted to say yes but I couldn't. What he said to me kept repeating in my head. It hurt me a lot. It was worse with what he did then when he actually did it.

"Are you ok Cora," Repatret said.

I looked over to him on my shoulder and gave him a small smile. He smiled back at  me but it seemed it wasn't good.

"I was wondering what you were think about the dance tonight?" he said.

"Well I have to go of course. It would be rude to not," I said.

I said we walked into cheering other things. It was about time to get ready for the dance, but someone grabbed me. I heard giggling and knew who it was. They both brought me into a lovely water room with dresses and fire all around. I looked around to see Nymphs all over. They grabbed Lucy  and Susan  dressing them up. When they were done both of them walked over to me. Lucy  was in a dark red dress. Susan  was in light blue and puff sleeves. She looked beautiful and everything in between. Sophie's hair was done flowing. Then a third figure came out of the darkness. It was Lilth.

"Lilith!" we all yelled running to her.

"Hello little ones how have you been?" she asks us.

"Well I have but Edmund took the flower and hurt Cora and we thought she died!" Lucy  started spouting out.

"Shh it's ok child we will sure he remembers her!" Lilth said, giggling a little.

The nymphs walked over to me and stripped me. Sea Nymphs took up my hair into the air with water and then they all started dancing all around. The earth started moving in the light. Water started wrapping around me and fire. I closed my eyes in fear. It all stopped and ohs and aws went around. I opened my eyes slowly. I was in a dress that was white and purple. It hand wings that dropped hung on my arms. Then there was flowers and shells in my hair. Saying I looked like a goddess was an understatement. I felt like nothing happened and it was every little girls dream to look like this. I looked over to Lucy  and started to move water around here. Making jewels appear on her skin. Susan  too. Lilith took me out the door into the way we had to go be introduced. I walked cautiously with the girls. We walked up and a little fawn announced to us. It was like the night on the dance floor. Both Susan  and Lucy  made me stay for a moment. Then I started walking towards Aslan. When I came into people's view everyone's mouths dropped. I could see the jealousy on some girls faces. Guys looked at me from everywhere.
