No. 08 | Less Of You

"Gimme a second guys."

"What's wrong, babe?" Corpse asked as he turned around in his chair after muting his mic.

"I can't sleep." I semi-pouted while gripping the sides of my shorts.

"Come here, Angel." He smiled as he took his headset off and motioned for me to sit on his lap.

My blanket I had with my ended up dragging on the floor a bit which only frustrated me more than what I already was.

"Corpse~!" I whine-yelled.

He chuckled to himself before he pulled the blanket by a corner and opened his arms while holding it.

I gently and carefully sat in his lap so I didn't hurt.... 'anything' on accident.

Once I was settled comfortably in his lap he wrapped the blanket over the both of us and put his headset back on.

He kissed my forehead and smiled at me before asking if he could unmute himself again.

I nodded my head and snuggled into his chest so I could hear his heart beat.

It always calmed me down. He was so calm when he was around me which resulted in an equally as calm heart beat. It was very pleasant to listen to.

"Sorry guys. Y/n's somewhat joining us tonight. Wanna say hi, baby?" He asked me while moving his mic towards my face in case I wanted to speak to his friends.

"Hi." I said awkwardly. I felt my face heat up and I nudged my face into his chest as a reaction or pure embarrassment.

Why did I say it like that?! What the fuck?! Who says shit like that.

"It's fine, Angel. All you did was say hello. Calm down a bit." He smiled down at me.

I looked up at him and signed.

It made me feel safe knowing that Corpse could very easily pick out my emotions and how I was feeling.

We had only been dating for about two and a half years but we'd known one another for about four.

He has always been amazing at getting my emotions almost on point 24/7 because he's basically just like I am.

"She's cute, Corpse." I heard someone say through their mic during the game he was playing I recognized as Among Us.

"Yea! She should play with us sometime! I've always wanted to talk to her and maybe become friends! That sounds weird actually. Sorry I worded it that way." A females voice responded with a giggle.

I felt my body heating up again. I was already getting anxious about the thought of playing with them. There was absolutely no way I would ever be able to play with them.

Corpse lightly pushed my head a little bit further into his chest once he noticed that I had gotten a little tense.

He knew that his heart beat calmed me down. It was one of the many things he did that made me completely peaceful.

I calmed down and let my body relax and melt into his. He was warm and smelled like pine and mahogany mixed together. It wasn't even cologne. He somewhat naturally smelled like that. It was quite bizarre if you ask me.

"I don't know that she'd be down to do all that just yet guys. She needs a bit of time." He explained in the best way he could.

They all seemed to understand and made points to at least call Corpse so they could meet me and get me familiar with them first if it was alright with me of course.

"So what do you say, Y/n?" Felix, or PewDiePie, asked me.

It still hadn't really clicked that my boyfriend was playing Among Us with Felix. It was amazing, honestly.

I nodded my head and Corpse laughed as he removed the mic from near me when he realized I wasn't going to use it. "She'd be down." He smiled.

They all let out their own versions of cheers of joy I suppose and then went right back to playing.

Corpse muted his mic for a moment to speak to me privately, "Why don't you go lay down in the room. I'm thinking about cutting the stream early tonight. I'll be there in ten, okay?"

He kissed my forehead as I made my way off of his body and stood behind him.

He turned around and looked at me with a smile on his face, "Come here." He said.

I did as he said and stood in between his legs. He placed his hands on the outside of my thighs and pulled my head down to his eye level by gently taking my chin in his hand.

"I love you~" he whispered before placing a kiss to my lips and smiling afterwards.

I felt a feeling of electricity shoot through my body as his hands slid off of my body and onto his own thighs.

"I love you too." I whispered back as he unmuted himself and went back to his game.

I quietly left the room and walked to our shared bedroom.

I folded my blanket up and placed it on the bedside chair we had and layed down on the comfortable mattress.

I left myself unconverted and layed on my stomach with one of my legs bent near my chest.

I almost drifted off until I felt a dip in the bed and a smack on my ass.

I jumped up and went to smack the person who had scared me.

Corpse grabbed my hand and pinned it over my head with a smile on his face. He pushed me over and got on top of me where he pinned the other hand above my head as well.

I watched him as he bent his head down to place kisses from my neck, to my jaw, to my cheek, to my forehead, then to my nose, and finally, my lips.

We shared a few minutes of kisses before he unpinned me and layed down beside of me with a sigh.

"Cuddle up, Angel." He said with a grunt.

I turned over and snuggled up into his chest like he told me to.

He wrapped his arms around me and smiled as he kissed my forehead. The only reason I knew was because I could feel the difference from that and his normal kisses.

I smiled as well and moved even closer to him, if that was even possible, and closed my eyes to prepare for sleep.

In about ten minutes he was asleep. It was a new record. Usually it takes us both equally like an hour or hour and a half to successfully fall asleep.

I was extremely shocked that he got to sleep that fast. "Welp." I said to myself as I closed my eyes again and tried my best to get some sleep.
