Attempt

It was a quiet night. Winter was close , you walked in the pale moonlight. You could feel the cold breeze touch your skin . Sigh" it's pretty tonight, the star's are prettier." You sat down on the cold grass and looked at the stars . You softly smiled as you saw a shooting star . You closed your eyes and took a deep breath " I wish I was as pretty as the stars " . You got up , and continued to walk threw the trees as you made it to the front gate of the wall . The door leading to flocks of stairs was unlocked." Guess that means they forgot to lock the door ". You walked up the stairs and opened the door leading to the top of the wall . You stood there in the moonlight that had gotten brighter so did the stars. You walked to the edge and sat down on the opposite side of the way where the Titans would normal be at . " I'm tired of being here , I should just leave and let everyone be happy ". You got up and walked around the wall before you stopped and took of your shirt . You had a tank top underneath. You walked a little more to the edge and looked down . The Titans where gone for the night . You walked closer and turned around and fell backwards . It was quite and cold it was calming , you opened your eyes to see a man jumping after you , you closed your eyes waiting to hit the
ground but never did you opened your eyes and saw Reiner flying back to the top of the wall where he sat you down . You started to breath heavy, you looked at him as he was looking the opposite way . It was quite you could see your breath . It was too quiet. " R-Reiner it's n-not-JUST stop talking please y/n "you stood up and walked to him . " Reiner I'm sorry , why y/n , why would you do this why would you even try to die ". You reached your hand out to his shoulders when he whipped around and you saw tears rolling down his face . Seeing him cry made you cry ." Reiner I'm so sorry , I should have done something " he grabbed your arms you whined in pain he looked them and saw cuts and scars he started to cry even more ." Why y/n , why , we all love you Sasha , Connie , eren , mikasa , armin , Jean Marvin and even me why would you leave us , your like a sister to Annie you make her feel welcomed . You train with her , eren and mikasa you give them all a challenge I hear about you all the time and you want to leave us behind . Sasha gets so happy when you give her your lunch because mikasa won't , Connie like sneaking around with you . Why would you do this y/n ?" He sighed as he let go of your arms he fell to his knees as he held his face trying to hide his tears ." Reiner I'm sorry , I've just been so unhappy ever since my home was destroyed " You had lost your father and baby brother to your house being crushed your mother had died from giving birth . " y/n promise me you'll talk to me when you feel like this or just talk to me ." You fell to your knees as you held him in your arms his face buried into your shoulder. You rubbed his back gently , he grabbed you shirt as he hugged you back . You realized how much pain he was in , you forgot you weren't the only who lost their home . He pulled his face away from you to look at you , his eyes where red he had tears falling still , you grabbed his face an wiped his tears away with your thumbs ." Y/n don't ever do this again don't hurt yourself don't starve yourself don't try to die live for us for me ." You gave him a soft smile as you nodded. He got up giving you a hand . He rubbed his eyes as you took his hand to help yourself up . " we should get back before the realize we are gone ." You walked off as he grabbed your hand . " wait why don't we just take the short cut y/n ?" You looked around the only way down was to jump ..." what shortcut ?" He pulled you close as he picked you up bridal style and jumped off the wall you grabbed his shirt fearing for the life you now wanted to keep . You didn't hit the ground instead you landed on a small house ." It's ok y/n I'm using the gear " he smiled as he once again hopped back to the beds . You made it back and walked to your room to open the door to Sasha sleep talking about food . You giggled forgetting Reiner was behind you . Turning around you had a mini heart attack ." Reiner you are taller than I am , and bigger so can you not scare me man I think my heart just skipped two beats " he chuckled " I'm sorry y/n " he said while smiling . You walked into your room after he waved bye to you at the end of the hallway . When you were about to close the door you heard footsteps Coming close . Your door was stopped from closing it was Reiner . " is there something you need Reiner ?" He looked at your arm . " let me take care of that Tomorrow ".... You looked confused you got a fees days to rest and today was the last day . " but we have trainin-" no we don't y/n " Reiner said bluntly . You smiled at him and nodded . He waved by again and speed walked to his room down the hall you closed the door and saw Sasha sitting straight up with a smile . " so what's going on with you and Reiner ?" She smirked as you threw a potato at her . You explained everything that had just happened. She was sad at first but by the time you finished talking she had a smirk on her face . She hugged you and wished you luck . Not knowing what she meant you went to sleep .
