Chapter 3

“Give me a kiss then.” He said smiling.

            “Don’t Julie.” Andy said.

“Shut up before I really hurt you.” He said.

            “Julie don’t.” Andy said again.

“You little bastard.” He said turning around.

“Stop.” I said. “Andy it ok.”

Stop I thought. Turning around I look at him.

“I’ll give you that kiss you want but promise me you won’t hurt him

                          anymore.” I said.

“Fine.” He said. “Come here Julie.”

            “Don’t!” Andy said.

I have to Andy. I walk over to him and was about to kiss him but he stopped me.

“Kiss on the lip not the cheek and I almost forgot to tell you my name,

                          David.” David said.

Before I could say anything David grab me in his arms and gave me a kiss. I just stood there. Not pulling away and not kissing back.

Finally he pulled away and let me go. As soon as he did that I ran over to Andy to see if he was ok. When I looked at him up close and saw that it wasn’t bad, I just got so scare when I seeing someone I care about get hurt.

Suddenly David tap on my shoulder, I turn around and gave him a glare.

“What do you want now?” I said.

“Let go out sometimes.” David said.

“Just leave me alone, I’ll think about it.” I said.

“Ok, see you later, Julie.” David said leaving with his group.

I turn back to Andy, who body is all beaten and a little bloody.

“Are you all right?” I said.

“Leave me alone.” Andy said getting up.

“Sit down, I’ll go get the first aid kit.” I said,

            “No!” Andy said.

“Are you mad at me?” I said.

            “No.” Andy said turning me.

            “Let it go.” I said.

“How could I? I can’t even protect the people I care about.” Andy said.

“You did your best and look at you all like a tomatoes.” I said smiling.

“I guess you’re right.” He said.

“I’m always right.” I said grinning.

            “Right.” He acted.

I stood up and went inside to get what I need to get, to help his bruise.

           “Stop moving.” I said.

            “It hurts.” He said.

“Get used to it.” I said.

“Why?” He said. “Is more boys going to come?”

            “I don’t know.” I said smiling.

“This time I’m ready.” He said.

“How?” I said grinning. “You’re all bruise up.”

“We’ll learn how to fight.” He said proudly.

“Ha Ha Ha Ha.” I said. “Are you serious!”

“Laugh again you won’t he won’t be my friend.” He said,

            “I’m sorry.” I said.
