"please let me go with you! just this once!" y/n whined as she pulled on keigo's arm.
"FINE," hawks rolled his eyes and snatched his arm back. "we're leaving in five minutes." y/n smiled brightly and ran back to her room.
she changed out of her tank top and sweats into a f/c oversized sweatshirt and black jeans.
"y/n why are your shoes in the kitchen?!" y/n heard keigo yell.
"so that's where they are," y/n mumbled to herself as she grabbed her phone, which was charging, and a mask she used to cover her face. (covid isn't a thing here btw🧍🏻)
"why is this the first time you've gotten ready quickly," keigo pinched the bridge of his nose.
"don't question it," y/n said as she made her way outside of their apartment building and walked towards the elevator.
"hey i've been meaning to ask you," keigo caught up with the young female and pressed the button for the elevator. "what ever happened with those ua kids?"
"oh the ones i liked," keigo nodded. "i ghosted them. they have bigger things to worry about."
"smart kid," keigo patted y/n's shoulder. "you're better off without them anyways."
the elevator doors opened and y/n and keigo quickly made their way out of the building. while it was late, they wanted to avoid being seen.
"how do we get there?" y/n whispered to the adult beside her.
keigo didn't answer, instead he sent a text on his phone while y/n had a confused look on her face.
soon enough, a large purple mist stood in front of them.
"holy shit," y/n whisper yelled as hawks grabbed her hand and pulled her into the abyss.
on the other side was a bar, where the league of villains hide away.
"who's she?" their leader, shigiraki, questioned as he stood up, ready to attack.
"calm it handy," keigo moved y/n behind him. "she's not a threat."
"fine" the man child mumbled as he sat back down.
"little lady have a name?" dabi questioned as he downed his drink.
"is that," y/n spoke quietly as she stared at the familiar stranger. hawks only nodded.
"this is y/n," dabi choked on his drink before coughing loudly.
"she's cute!" toga pushed hawks out of the way and was practically jumping around y/n.
"not to bad yourself," y/n laughed awkwardly.
"can i stab her?" hawks' eyes widened as he grabbed y/n and pulled her away from the tiny psychopath.
"no! no stabbing!" toga frowned and went back to her seat.

that was not the last time y/n sent over.
hawks often ending up bring y/n with him whenever the league held a "meeting."
throughout the months, toga and y/n grew closer and closer.
since they were around the same age, keigo would let the two spend time with one another.
one day, keigo gave in and let toga spent the night.
"i swear to god if i hear moaning i'm disowning you," hawks whisper-yelled.
"as if you don't scream whenever dabi's over," y/n rolled her eyes and went back to her room, where toga was waiting.
"hi!" himiko smiled brightly.
"hi my love," y/n sat beside her lover and pulled her into a hug.
y/n pulled away and laid down on her bed and motioned for toga to lay on her chest. himiko smiled, and obeyed.
"this is nice," himiko mumbled as y/n undid her buns and ran her fingers through her hair.
"it is," y/n hummed.
himiko looked up at y/n, who had her eyes closed as she messed with toga's hair.
"thank you," himiko fixed the way she was laying so she could face y/n.
"for?"
"for being with me," himiko smiled. y/n grabbed kissed toga's forehead.
"thank you for letting me be with you."
the two females enjoyed the time they spent with one another in silence. realistically, they knew it wouldn't last long.
they weren't meant to be.
the world was set against them.
but that was okay.
while in a large embrace, y/n grabbed her phone and shuffled a spotify playlist she had made for himiko.
dear april began playing.
dear april played in the background while y/n sat up and made himiko sit beside her.
"i wish things were different," y/n frowned as her eyes watered up.
"i know you do," himiko smiled softly and wiped the tears off of y/n's face before pulling her into a soft kiss. "i wish they were too."
"why can't we just leave," himiko sighed. this was a common argument. "if we left it could just be the two of us, we would be free!"
"it doesn't work like that, you have so much here. i can't let you leave that behind. not for me." himiko explained while y/n shook her head and cried quietly.
"himiko i would drop everything for you," y/n pressed soft kisses all over her girlfriend's face. himiko smiled as she accepted the last one, which was on her lips. "i adore you more than life itself."
himiko pulled y/n into her chest and rubbed her back.
"i don't know how the future will play out, but i'm happy here now. that's all that has to matter, okay?" toga whispered softly.
y/n nodded as she pulled away and wiped her tears away.
"okay."
"i'm glad you walked into my life."
"i'm glad too, himiko. i really am."
