Ezekiel's POV

June and I are driving with the roof of blasting music. One of my hands is on the steering wheel and the other on June's thighs rubbing circle.

Her long blond hair is wild and she's screaming the lyrics to Wonder by Shawn Mendes.

We agreed to go to my place for the rest of the day.

I'm anxious about bringing her to my place. I hope she doesn't question too much why my parents don't live with me.

After a thirty minute drive we finally arrived in my driveway. I take a deep breath and look to my right to look at my girl.

She has a huge smile on her face and turns to me. "This is your house?" She exclaimed, surprised. I nod my head and she squeals.

She hurriedly gets out of the car and as soon as she's on the front porch Apollo runs to her.

I walk up to her and see Apollo on top of her drowning her in kisses.

I chuckle and help her get up, keeping an arm around her waist. She turns to me with happiness written all over her face. "He's the cutest puppy ever" She squeals.

I nod my head. "He is my best friend." She giggles and I motion for her to follow me.

I bring her inside and the look on her face is worth a thousand words.

I take her hand and take her on a tour of the small bungalow. We go sit on the couch and turn on the tv. She looks at me confused.

Shit.

"You live alone?" She asks quietly. As if she was scared of sawing something wrong.

I take a deep breath and pull her so she can straddle my waist. I look in her eyes and wait a few seconds.

"Yeah, I live alone. My parents are not very present in my life. They travel the world together and send me money every month or so." I tell her, scratching my neck nervously.

She takes my hand in hers. "Well now you've got me. You know that right? That I'm here for you?" She whispers with a small smile.

I let go of a breath I didn't know I was holding and lean to kiss her.

"Yeah I know baby. And you've got me." I murmured.

"You make me the happiest girl in the world Ezekie." She admitted.

God, I'm so in love with this girl.

What?!

I take a deep breath for what I'm about to tell her.

"June you have no idea how much you make me the happiest man in the world. You're the sweetest girl I know and everyday you make me fall in love with you a little bit more. June, I love you." I addmit.

As soon as those words leave my lips it feels like a weight as been lifted off my shoulders.

I can see her eyes tearing up.

Shit.

"You don't have to say it ba-"

"I love you."

I'm taken back.

"Zeke, I love you so much... But I need to tell you something first." he says lowering her gaze.

She really loves me back?! This is the happiest day of my life.

I lift up her chin and kiss her before she can say anything else.

The kiss lasts a few seconds before I slowly pull away.

"I- I n-need t-t show you s-somthing Ezekiel" She stutters.

I'm starting to get worried. "Is something wrong?" I ask worriedly.

She shakes her head. "N-no, I just want you to see it." She says, almost as she was ashamed of whatever it is. She leans forward so our forehead are touching.

"Stay." She whispers.

She gets up and goes to the kitchen while I stay seated on the couch.

Is she sick?! I'm really starting to get worried.

She comes back to sit next to me with a wet cloth in her hand.

She looks up at me and I give her a small smile trying to help her.

She takes off my hoodie, that I gave to her on the way back, so she's left in her bikini top.

She pulls down a little of her top and uses the wet cloth to wipe her sternum.

I can see some foundation coming off. Why does she have makeup on her chest?

I can see a red scar appearing.

That's what she has been keeping from me? A scar?

I can hear her sniffle. I take her back in my arms.

"Baby... That's what you wanted to show me? You're scar?" I ask as quietly as possible.

That's what you wanted to show me? You're scar?" I ask as quietly as possible
