~~~~~~~ Recap ~~~~~~~~
This went on for a while until I fell asleep due to some brain-overuse...
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

"Again. Why the HELL is there so much light?!?!?" I thought to myself as I stretched.

Checking my phone I saw it was only 8:05 am... So much for sleeping longer...

I took a few steps forward but instead of stepping outside the room I fell flat on my face.
I literally got my foot caught on the strap of my suitcase.

Great. Really. Just Great...

I pushed myself up and groaned as I picked up the suitcase after. Throwing the suitcase on my bed and just dumped everything out.

Since I was an orphan and lived at an orphanage, I didn't have a lot of stuff. Just the usual. Clothes, bathroom stuff and a few nick-nacks.

I reached out to grab a few hoodies and shirts to fold them and put them in the Mahogany wardrobe. Same with all my other clothes.

And my nick-nacks were placed on the desk next to the wardrobe.

I was wearing sweatpants and a tank top so I didn't bother changing and just went downstairs, headed to the kitchen for some food.

Gazing at the open cabinet over the sink my eyes fell on a box of frosted flakes.

" That'll do for now..." I muttered.

~~~~~~~~~~ Time Skip after breakfast ~~~~~~~~~~
After finally finding all the cleaning supplies I put them in a big bucket, put on my crocs and walked down to the library.
I placed all my tings on the counter in the corner and ran up again after forgetting my phone and Bluetooth speaker.
Finally having everything in the dusty room, I got to work.
Starting with wiping all the windows. As my hand swiped over the dirty glass with a wet cloth, my favourite song came on. With the music filling my ears it seemed as if time would just fly by. Every spray of windex, wipe and sweep was accompanied by twirls and turns to the rhythm of the music.
Even if all the songs were muffled... I actually never knew why all voices were muffled... I went to different medical clinics but none could tell what was wrong with me so eventually I gave up looking for a cure and decided to just live with it.
But ever since I heard that firefighter... I wanted to find at least a few people with such a voice...
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Long Time Skip —a few months later when the café is already running— ~~~~~~~~~~~~~

So... The café was finally in business.

Since it just opened, clearly there wasn't a flood of customers but the café actually had a good start. There was always at least one customer inside.

I am currently the employer and the only employee. But I plan to change that soon since my business is getting busier and busier.

It was a normal café, serving a variety of hot and cold beverages with a lot of snacks and pastries.

Running the café  wasn't very hard because I could do anything I wanted and didn't have to ask or pay anyone because I owned the building anyway.

Today? Today was one of the days where there were hardly any customers and I had all the time in the world to do some extra things, like designing a ~ hiring ~ poster to hang on the front door.

As soon as that was done I grabbed some tape and made my way to the front door.
Just as I was about to reach for the handle it flew open and nocked me over.

Luckily the door only pushed me over instead of hitting my face, I fell straight on my butt.

"Ugghh... That's gonna leave a bruise..." I groaned as I stood back up.

Looking up to find the cause of my fall my gaze fell onto a man.

He was just breathtaking. Jet black hair framing his face, steel grey eyes that stared at me as if they were looking straight through my mind. The lower half of his face was covered by a thick, plaid scarf accompanied by a dark grey, cotton coat that rested on his shoulders. He somehow reminded me of the firefighter from four years ago...

He continued to stare at me and I just gave him a closed eye smile and said

"Welcome to the café sir."

His eyes widened a bit as I said something, even if only for a moment .

The man quickly dug something out of his bag, which was a regular notebook with a pen attached to the side of it.

He began to scribble something on the first page while I just watched him. Suddenly he held it up and showed it to me.

»Hello, I'd like an earl grey lavender please.«

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
IMPORTANT
So. Levi appeared and I'd like to explain something....
Levi is writing on a notebook because he doesn't want to be recognized by his fans.
His voice is special and different then others, that's why he is a popular singer.
More on that later, in another chapter....
Oh and here are the pics of the café. U don't have to use them but its what i envisioned.
It's just a quick sketch.
