I took a deep breath straightening out my avenged sevenfold sweater as we went inside the court vic and I went and sat next to Michael waiting for the judge to come back from his chambers

"All rise for the honorable judge brown" the officer said making us all rise while the judge came in a took his seat

"First to come to the stand is Victor Vincent Fuentes" the officer said Vic stood walking over and putting his hand in the bible "do you swear to tell the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth so help you god" the officer said to vic "I do" Vic said "please state your name for the record" the officer said "Victor Vincent Fuentes"

"So Mr.Fuentes why are we gathered here today?" The judge asked Vic "to gain full custody of my adoptive daughter your honor" Vic told him

"I've read your file Mr.fuentes and I believe her grandmother wants sole custody of Miss.Hernandez is that correct?" Vic nodded "yes your honor"

"Why do you believe Miss.Hernandez should stay with you Mr.Fuentes?" The judge asked him

"Honestly your honor she's a great kid she makes me happy I'm the happiest I've been in a long time she loves staying with us and touring and the guys love her and see her as a little sister as well as the rest of the bands" Vic told him the judge nodded "you may leave the stand Mr.Fuentes" Vic stood up walking over towards me and Michael

"Next to approach the stand is Irma Valenzuela Hernandez" the officer said my grandma walked over to the stand

"Mrs.Hernandez it's my understanding that you want sole custody of Miss.Hernandez and why do you believe she should stay with you?"

"Your honor I just don't believe that's a safe place for a 14 year old girl she's constantly moving not being in a stable environment isn't good for someone her age and she's constantly around males atleast twice her age I think the safest place for her to be is with her family" my grandmother told him I scoffed "you may leave the stand Mrs.Hernandez" the judge told her

"Counselors what do you have to say about all this?" The judge asked the lawyers Michael stepped up first speaking

"Your honor all this man is trying to do is raise his beloved daughter she's a happy kid do you honestly think that once she moves she will be happy with out seeing these men they've been a part of her life for a long time that's all I have to say your honor and I bring my next witness to the stand Miss.Hernandez" Michael said I panicked I wasn't prepared to speak

"Michael I can't do this" I told him freaking out "you'll be fine just tell them the same thing you told me when we met" he said smiling I nodded nervously approaching the bench

"Miss.Fuentes who do you wish to stay with?" The judge asked "with Mr.Fuentes your honor" I told him "and why is that?" The judge asked I took a deep breath

"These boys were their for me when nobody else was not physically but emotionally when I was in the orphanage everybody hated me except my social worker and the smaller kids they helped me through everything a long with the other bands that are here today and now that they adopted me I feel like I can repay them for everything they did for me" I told the judge confidently and smiling

"You may leave the stand Miss.Fuentes" the judge said

I nodded going back to sit with Michael and Vic I turned around and I saw the Avenged Sevenfold guys with their wife's and river (a/n matt and Val's son) they waved at me taking a seat with the rest of the bands I waved back smiling

That's how the rest of the day went the band members going up to the stand and saying how much they loved me and Michael and my grandmas lawyer arguing back and forth it was like world war 3 in this court

The judge went back to his chambers to decided on a verdict meaning we could take a small recess

"I really hope he rules in your favor man if not I'm going to really miss this little munchkin" Jimmy said hugging me to death

"Jimmy calm down their not taking me away atleast I hope they don't" I told him laughing

My brother and my sister came up to us and we stopped laughing "hey I just um wanted to say what ever happens if you win Vic I really hope you allow us to see her in the future we've been apart from each other for so long and I just can't afford to lose her again" my brother told him on the verge of tears

Vic man hugged him "Yall are always welcomed to come see her anybody from her side don't worry man" my brother nodded "just take care of her alright all of you" he said mentioning the other band members behind us they all nodded

My brother and my sister gave me a big hug "guys come on the judge has came to a decision" Michael said interrupting our little moment

I stepped away wiping away some stray tears and walking back into the court room

"All rise for the honorable Judge Brown" the officer said we stood up and sat back down when the Judge sat down

"I've came to a decision and Mr.Fuentes will have sole custody of Miss.Hernandez" the Judge said hitting his gable I was smiling ear to ear I hugged Vic for a long time and then hugged the rest of the guys
