Chapter 19

Kristels P.O.V.

"So what location are y'all going to next?" My grandma asked "San Antonio Tx" Vic said to her smiling

"How long is this tour?" My aunt anali asked "5 months" I said happily my grandmother shook her head in disapproval

"And what are you doing about school?" She asked "I'm doing online school" i said to my aunt

"Do you honestly think that's a safe place for a 14 year old!" My grandmother told Vic angrily

"What do you mean?" Vic asked her she scoffed "I mean her touring not being in one stable place and her being around older males everyday!" She said angrily

My brother grabbed her arm "grandma calm down" he said calmly "no I will not calm down Carlos!" She said yanking her arm away from him

"Well that escalated quickly" my cousin Raul said leaning back on his chair

"With all do respect ma'am I think we are doing a great time raising her" Jaime said to her calmly

She laughed "so you think you're rising her"

I stood up angrily "at least they didn't leave me in an orphanage when I needed my family the most!" I said beyond pissed

"We didn't have a choice we didn't have anymore room or the money to take you in!" She shrieked out

"I understand that but that still doesn't excuse you from not coming to look for me after yall did!" I said trying my best to keep calm and not get even more pissed

"Kristel calm down" Tony said putting his hands on my shoulders "take deep breaths" he said

"Shut up Tony" I said snapping at him ill apologize later I'm just pissed right now

"Hey sorry I took so long to get here there was traffic and whoa what happened here why is everybody pissed?" A woman said stepping into the back yard

My brother stood up "Karla I'll tell you later" she nodded

"I want custody of my grand daughter back!" My grandmother yelled angrily at Vic

"We'll see about that I'll be calling my lawyers later" Vic said back angrily at her not holding back anymore

"Guys come on I think we should go" I said calmly they nodded

"I'll see you in court" my grandmother told Vic pointing a finger at him as we headed back inside to go to the bus

"It was great seeing you again I'm sorry about what happened" I told my brother hugging him "it's fine it's not your fault I'll talk to her later and calm her down don't worry" he said into my ear

We broke the hug and I went to hug my sister "I'm sorry I didn't get to spend much time with you but maybe we can in the future?" I said hopefully "defiantly" she said taking a paper and a pen out of her purse "here's my number call me if you ever need anything" she said handing me the paper "I missed you so much baby sis" she said hugging me " I missed you too I gotta go bye"

I waved bye and went back to the bus with the guys "ill be back I'm gonna go call my lawyer" Vic said going into the back lounge I sat down on the couch and put my face in my hands

"Are you okay?" Mike asked sitting down next to me "no" I said honestly he rubbed my back with his hand and he sighed "everything will be fine I promise" Mike said to me i nodded and laid my head on his chest while he played with my hair

"Tony I'm sorry for snapping at you I was just mad" I said to him he was in the kitchen drinking a beer "it's fine" he said giving me a warm smile I smiled

Vic came back from the back lounge and sighed putting his phone in his pocket " I just got off the phone with our lawyer he said he will set up a court date and shit but that he wants us to go to his office or he will meet us somewhere since we are on tour he wants to question us" he said

I nodded my head "when?" I asked "he said he will call me and tell me when he's ready" I nodded my head

"I can't believe how quickly things got out of proportion" Jaime said sighing "I know" I said

"I'm sorry this happened Kristel I honestly didn't want any of this to happen" Vic said "I know Vic I didn't want any of this to happen ether"

I said getting up to hug him I pulled back from the hug " I think I'm taking a nap it's been a long day" I said to the guys they nodded "I'll wake you up if we stop to get food somewhere or something" Tony said I nodded and headed back to my bunk

I changed into an oversized shirt and a pair of spandex and laid in bunk listening to therapy by All Time Low on repeat till I fell asleep listening to Alex singing
