■Harry's POV■
Anger, emptiness, hopelessness, hurt, rejected, worthless and sad- that’s all I feel right now. But mostly anger as I saw them dancing and laughing together. Every time he touched her she smiled and I wanted to destroy everything. But there’s nothing I could do. It was my fault after all. I’ve hurt her. I was responsible for this new Clara- reckless, wasted and devastated. The Clara I left 3 months ago was sweet, innocent and the most caring. Now I see her being the person she hated.
“Oh poor Harry. See how he’s hurting.” I heard Lauren , Clara’s best friend and Niall’s girlfriend saying.
It was so kind of her to think that way when I was the one hurting her best friend. She’s always been so kind and loved me like a sister.
“Why? What happened?” Niall asked in a careless way sipping his whiskey.
Lauren took the glass from his hand
“Give me the glass. I told you not to drink. Can’t you see how Clara is latched onto Nick. How could Harry tolerate this.” She chided
Niall just shook his head in agreement.
When I came back I started hanging out with my old mates- Zayn and Niall. When I explained I had to leave for my new album, the management didn’t give me any way to contact ,they forgave me though Zayn wasn’t willing at first. But he knew my problem and eventually Everyone accepted me without Clara. Even her best friend took my side.
“Come on, let’s dance. See Clara and Nick is having so much fun.” Gigi said in excitement.
“They always do. If you want to join them then go.” Zayn said looking at them.
“I’m not going without you. Come on”. She yanked him to the dance floor.
Zayn and Gigi was never offensive about Nicholas. They just wanted see Clara happy and Nicholas was making her happy. Then why would they not like him. All four of them were dancing and laughing while I loathed myself.
I was watching the girl I love in someone else’s arms.
God that hurt!
I tried to ease the pain by sipping alcohol every time Nicholas placed his hand on Clara. Suddenly I felt a hand on my shoulder. Lauren noticed so she came to console me. I just gave her a painful smile.
