Penelope~
Is that Parker's voice? I got out of bed so quickly and went to go see him, but he was running out of the castle. So what I had the Chestedy Ball tonight, I needed to be sure that my brother was okay, after all I missed him!
I ran past Frankie to catch up to my brother. Frankie had always annoyed me, she was horrible! So obviously I scowled at her before leaving through the front doors of the palace to run after Parker, making sure not to be seen or heard as I was going to surprise him.
Gosh, he was taking forever! Where the hell was he going?! But just as I was about to give up and take a break, he finally turned a corner and disappeared from view leaving me very curious as to where he had gone. There was a cabin in the middle of the woods, cleverly hidden and very close to fire falls.
I cleaned myself off before peering behind the corner of the trees, he was alone clearly, as I'd waited for a few minutes to see if anyone else was there, but no one had stepped in or out of the cabin since he had gone in. I carefully took a few strides closer to the cabin, before clearing my voice to make sure Parker would recognise that it was his beloved sister.
I slowly turned the door handle and walked inside to find a huge mess, with Parker standing in the middle of the room. The boy had always lived in a mess but I had gotten used to that, I mean sharing a womb with him was hard enough. Thankfully, Parker had his back turned away from me, so I could surprise him how I wanted to.
I put my hands over his eyes, to give the element of surprise and said, "Guess who?" He took forever to answer, as if really trying to guess who I was, or just trying to make me feel like I was impossible to guess.
"Oh let me guess." He quickly turned around with a smile on his face, which quickly disappeared when he saw me standing there. "Penelope?! What are you doing here?" I was taken aback by his lack of memory. I mean I'm his sister! He should have remembered my voice! "I followed you here because I've missed you Parker." I went in for a hug but his eyes trailed behind me as there appeared to be someone standing in the doorway.
"Cara? What's she doing here?!" I asked Parker. God I hated that girl, she thinks she's better than everyone else and that rules don't apply to her. What ever happened to Parker hating Cara? Now their living together? This is so not like him! I know he's been brainwashed by that bitch!
"I happen to own this cabin." Cara snapped back quicker than Parker. Suddenly the whole room filled with tension, it was no secret we both had hate for each other and honestly who would like her? I know for a fact if Parker had to choose between me, his beloved sister and best friend, or that thing, he would choose me in a heart beat.
"Oh really? It's not like I care, I'm staying." I made it pretty clear that I was going to rule this cabin and that everyone living under this roof would have to abide by my rules or else. I would give Cara a run for her money.
"Oh is that so? Well I'm sorry we haven't got anymore room, I suppose you could sleep outside, or crawl back into the ditch you came from." Cara said moving closer to me, her eyes never leaving mine once. I wasn't going to stand there and let her break my nose again so I hid behind Parker, I knew he would protect me.
"Oh yeah go hide." Cara said laughing. "Parker she's going to hurt me, do something!" I said with a snide smile on my face as Parker grabbed Cara's arm and took her into the other room, leaving me alone to get to scheming my master plan of how to be rid of Cara for good.
