Vincent's P.O.V

When half four rolled around, I decided I'd better roll up to Y/n's school. My plan was to try and track which car Shaun got into and try to follow him as much as possible to get an idea of where he was from, and then after dropping Y/n home, I was going to turn back and drive to where I'd last seen him and try to catch him.

I had done my research into him and Sinéad on Facebook, and I found that Shaun lived alone, which made it all the more easier. I didn't have to worry about fooling his parents. I just sneak in, do the deed, and leave.

Sinéad lived with her parents - making it more difficult for me to do anything, but I had decided not to kill her. Killing both of them would put too much suspicion on me. I decided I'd go for the more mental approach with Sinéad. I'd get Shaun's phone, invite her over, and she'd come over to her best friend dead. That'd be enough to destroy anyone mentally.

If my plan went perfectly, Sinéad wouldn't go near Y/n without Shaun to back her up - she seemed like the type who is only tough around her friends. And both would get the pain they deserve for hurting Y/n the way they did.

Planning it out sounded simple, but there was putting it into motion and getting into my "mode" to do it as well. The difficult part was that Y/n was going to be in the car when I watched Shaun, meaning I would have to focus on not slipping into it in front of her.

I pulled up outside her school at five to five, I leant back in my seat, keeping a firm eye on the doors for Shaun to come through. I heard the sound of the bell clanging, the doors burst open, I caught sight of Shaun's blonde head. I grinned, feeling the familiar bloodthirst wash over me. I shook my head, trying to snap out of it. Y/n was going to be with me shortly, I needed to stay composed.

The sound of the door opening snapped me out of my thoughts, Y/n climbed in, smiling at me.

"Thank you so much for this Vincent," she smiled, setting her bag on her lap. "I really appreciate this."

"Hey, it's no problem," I smiled, turning away and watching Shaun enter his car and drive off, I started the car. "Anything for you."

And I mean anything....

I glanced at Y/n, she was smiling and blushing slightly, I grinned to myself. Looking forward I kept my eye on Shaun, drinking in every detail of where he went.

"How was school?" I asked her.

"It was... bearable," Y/n shrugged. "I didn't get beaten up today."

"That should be everyday," I remarked.

"I know," Y/n sighed.

I saw Shaun turn off into another bend, I took note of his location, making a mental note in my brain, before turning off to Y/n's house. Now that that was out the way I was able to relax for now.

"How's your day been then?" Y/n asked.

"I'm not really sure," I replied. "After dropping you off at school and offering to pick you up, I kinda passed out in bed until half two, then I woke up and ate some cereal."

"Sounds like an ideal day to me," Y/n laughed. "I'd choose that over this shit."

"One day you'll get to live the same lifestyle as I," I smirked. "You've got to go through school first young one."

"Oh fuck you," Y/n rolled her eyes. "There's like a two year age difference between us."

"I can't hear you over how old and wise I am."

"If we weren't in a car, I would fight you," Y/n smirked.

"Aww, you don't want me to die, how cute~"

"I never said that."

"Oh, so you do want me to die?"

"I never said that either."

I laughed.

"You're giving out a lot of mixed signals right now, I'm not sure how to interpret this."

"My signals are all the same."

"Uh huh."

I rolled my eyes, I let go of the wheel with my right hand to lightly poke her on the cheek, she squirmed and I smirked.

"I would never make you crash you car," Y/n said.

"Wow, such a good friend," I laughed. "Wish there were more kind people like you."

"I'm one of the best you can get!"

"Wow, and so modest too."

Y/n laughed.

All too soon I pulled up outside her house, she opened the door and turned to look at me.

"See you tonight!" Y/n half smiled.

"Of course!" I smiled.

The door closed, I watched Y/n walk up to her house and the door close behind her, I waited for a few more minutes, to make sure she was properly inside, before turning the car back around. It wasn't like Y/n knew where I lived, for all she knew I could be going back home.

I drove back to where I'd last seen Shaun's car, driving down that path I almost immediately spotted a house with his car in front of it. I narrowed my eyes and smirked.
