Michael wraps his arms around my waist and turns me around with one tug.

"MICHAEL!" I yell and he laughs.

"I was reading, great I've probably lost my place." I say mumbling.

Over the summer I was informed that I could do my job when I was close with the trio and that it was to risky, so I had to stop being their friend and boy am I glad.

"oh whatever not like you need those studies anyways-" he begins and I kick him and shoot him a look that gets him to shut up.

" shut up fucking dumbass. " I mumble and pack up my things.

"Keir calm down, you don't always have to study or work, c'mon, let's go have funny!" Michael whines and I chuckle shaking my head causing my brown hair to shake.

"alright, two hours, thats it!" I say seriously and his eyes light up.

"c'mon!" He says grabbing my hand and dragging me away from the common room towards his dorm.

"Y'all she agreed!" He says bursting into a room containing alk my friends.

I laugh. "Of course, A group project." I say and take a seat on Michael's lap. "

I lean my head back onto his chest and join in on the conversation about random stuff.

"so , y'all, we all trust each other here, we all have to answer this question, who do you like!?" Vera says after a while and some of the boys freeze up while me and her laugh.

"c'mon we won't bully you!" I say and hold in a laugh.

"alright." They finally agree and I shoot Vera an excited look.

"He first!" Vera says happiness and we all listen.

"ok, so, I did this mainly so me and Keir can give y'all advice and you can give us advice, but I like Theo Nott!" She says and Draco and Kalvin snort.

"easy, be as dumb as him!" Kalvin says and the boys snicker and I shoot them looks causing them to shut their mouths.

" Well I personally think that Pansy isn't half bad. " Crabbe says and we all nod.

That girl is insufferable.

"Oi! She is mine!" Goyle says angrily and we all burst into laughter.

"Astoria Greengrass is quite attractive." Blaise says cooly and we nod, its true, she is stunning.

"I suppose I am a bit attracted to a girl named Keke Larson but not really." Michael says and I nod.

"I don't like anyone." I say and Draco Hums in agreement.

"oh you bitch!" I yell and lunge towards Hermione after she punches me.

"you *punch* fucking *punch* bitch *punch*, you *punch* dare *punch* lay your nasty hands on me!" I say and stand up giving her one last kick.

"what the fucking hell! You pretend you don't know me? Your best friend? And then when I touch yo-you do this?!" She says hurt filling her eyes.

I laugh and my friends join me.

"sorry, best friend you say? Spots taken!" Michael says and Vera nods in agreement.

I scoff at her bloody face and strut away flipping her off.

"man, Keir, who woulda thought!" Malfoy chuckles after Vera told him what happened.

"well I didn't do all that training for nothing, to bad I have to burn that blouse now!" I say and they chuckle.

Things have changed since that night of fun, it was the last time I've truly relaxed, now it was November and I was always busy.

I stand up and send them a small smile.

"well, I best be off now." I say and Michael and Vera as well as Kalvin's and Blaise's smiles drop.

"okay." They say and I smile.

I know they are worried about me, but they shouldn't be, all this work will pay off in a few years when I'm sitting in a throne next to my father.

It would be worth it in the end.

I open my dorm and change into sweatpants and a t-shirt.

Plopping on my bed I pull out astronomy homework and get to work.

° knock, knock °

I sigh and stand up opening the door to reveal a tired looking Draco.

"oh, hey." I say and he steps in closing the door behind him.

"What can I help you with?" I say and sit on my bed, Draco sitting beside me.

"we are worried about you, you need more sleep, so I'm here to help with your homework." He says and grabs my almost finished potions essay.

I smile and he leans his back against my beds board propping himself to sit upright.

"you sleep I'll finish it." He says after a while of us working in silence.

"thank you draco" I say and grab my blanket pulling it over me.

I begin to drift off but not before laying my head on draco's chest snuggling close for warmth, he wraps one arm around me and continues to do the work while I sleep.
