The boy stares at you, waiting with his arms folded over his chest. He watches as you stand up without help and grab your materials. You can feel his irritated gaze fixate on your every move, analyzing your first impression. Clenching your teeth, you hope that he says nothing about your clumsiness as you dust yourself off. Then, you offer a bow and introduce yourself in the most polite way you can. He sighs, lifting a hand to pinch the bridge of his nose.

"I hope my father wasn't drunk when he hired you." The boy mutters. Without another word, he swiftly turns his back to you and disappears into the mansion. You hesitate for a moment before following him.

Your eyes widen in awe at the furnishings on the inside. All decorations are valuables, placed in particular areas, and polished to perfection. The floor is a bit dirty, yet you can see a hint of your reflection in the hardwood below. A chandelier dangles above the entrance hall, glistening a little with your every movement. It hangs between two ascending staircases that curve towards each other but never meet. Paintings line the finely painted walls, all of which you assume are of a late family member. Occasionally, you see a staff member attending to their duties. A few cast a wary gaze in your direction before returning to their routine. The further you venture in, the more overwhelmed you are by how massive this home is. From what you can see, there are at least three to four floors. How many Togamis are there, truly? Do they all work here? If you lived here, you would never have to leave. This is certainly the biggest place you have had to clean yet. You silently hope that your assigned area is one section rather than the entire building.

Lost in your thoughts, you almost don't notice that the boy has stopped underneath the chandelier. You catch yourself just before you get too close. He turns to face you with no change in attitude than before.

"Your task for today is to clean the topmost floor and work your way down throughout the week." The boy explains. "This includes all rooms, decor in the hallway, everything in sight. Your break will be fifteen minutes, and you will be paid once an inspection takes place. Any sight of slacking off will forbid you from coming back. Is that clear?"

You blink, taken aback by his harsh instructions. Daisuke neglected to tell you that this would be your assignment for the entire week. Typically, you assist one client per day, starting on Monday and ending on Friday. Many pay once a week, as most of the duties are manageable in one day. However, it does make sense for it to take multiple days for a full cleansing in a large home such as this. You must be on your best behavior, as you will most likely be judged more critically. As long as you get paid, perhaps you should not complain. Your skills as a maid will put the boy's mind at ease. At least, you hope that will be the case.

After a nod of acknowledgment from you, the boy turns once more and begins to ascend the staircase to the left. You assume once again that you are meant to follow, so you do. As you climb, you notice how proper his stature is. His back is straight and stiff as a wooden plank, and his pale hand barely touches the railing. If a staff member descends the stairs on the opposite side of you, he does not look in their direction. The boy is only focused on the destination, ignoring all distractions. It is clear to you that he is disciplined and well-mannered, a sign of high confidence and a hint at how big his ego may be. His outfit consists of a suit made out of the finest olive-colored fabric with gleaming black dress shoes to match. All one has to do is look at him to know that they are nowhere near his wealth level. Perhaps the boy is a Togami himself, but which one?

Upon entering the fourth floor, he directs you to a small study standing at the end of the hallway. It is nearly bare, with only a desk and a small bookshelf to occupy the space. A large window takes up the back wall, with sunlight highlighting even the mere speck of dust floating around. The boy stays at the doorway as you enter and set your cleaning materials on the floor.
