The Test

3rd person POV:

     It is the year of 2185, and earth has had some changes. There are Vampires and Mages, there are even some other species like werewolves. Humans and the other species were at war with each other for years, but the war ended about hundred years ago when everybody decide to sign a peace treaty. With this peace treaty everyone would be sorted into a category, Master/Sub, Daddy, Mommy/Little, Dominant and Neutral. By the age of sixteen you must go in and get the test done. Then you get to go to a school that you are assigned to. And now are story begins with a young girl named Anastasia.

Anastasia POV:

     It is a week until my birthday, I'm a little nervous but super excited to get of this hell hole. I live with my neutral dad, dominant mom, and dominant brother. But they can be very abusive when in a bad mood. I have scars all down my back from being whipped by my mom and hit by my brother. My dad doesn't step in because he is neutral and doesn't take sides.  When I woke up this morning it was 6:00 am I jumped out of bed and started to get ready for school. I wake up as early as possible, so I don't run into my mother or Brother. I run to my closet and get out a pair of white ripped shorts and a long white loose sleeve crop top that has red poppies on it. I grab a pair of white converses and put them on. Then I conjure an apple up with a snap of my fingers. Oh, did I forget to mention I'm a mage, but my family doesn't know. 

     My best magic concepts are Weather and Elements, but I can do other things it just usually doesn't go as smooth. It is 7:00 am by the time I'm done getting ready, also time to go before my Mother can drag me out of my room. I open my window and jump out. My bedroom is the seconded story right before I hit the ground, I make the wind catch me I thank the wind and run to my friend Sierra's house.   Sierra's family is one of the only families of fairies in the world. Right as I get to her house, I see Sierra and her little sister Martha walking out. Their family of fairies is a mix of all the categories. "Hey Sierra, are you excited to be sorted today?" I ask. Today is her birthday.

     "No not really." She replies.

     "Why not." ~Anastasia

     "Because that means I won't to get to be with you for a couple of days or years depending on what school we go to." ~Sierra

     "Oh, I haven't thought about that. What category do you think you'll get?" ~Anastaisa

     "I think I will be a sub or a neutral. What about you?" ~Sierra

     "I don't know probably a sub." ~Anastasia

     We start walking to Wallowa Before School. Once we get there, I say bye to Sierra and that well see each again after her category test. I walk to my teacher Mr. Wallaby's class. Everybody in my class will be having their sixteenth birthday this month, so today we talk about the test and the best schools there are to go to. After class I run home to do my homework.  It is after dinner and about 7:00 pm when I hear a familiar knock at the window. I rush to my window to see Sierra flying outside. I open my window and she zoom in.

     "So, how'd it go?" I ask. She hands me her new I.D. Card and I read it.

     "Wow you're a Sub, and you're going to Silver Oak!? That is the best Academy in the whole world! ~Anastasia

     "Yep, Silver Oak, they decide what school you go to by your Species and how powerful you are. You better get into Silver Oak" ~Sierra

     "I'll try my best there is no promises I'm only a mage." ~Anastasia

     "Well good night I leave tomorrow better see you there in six days" ~Sierra

     "Bye." I reply as she shrinks and flies through my window.  

     It is finally my birthday March 14, 2185. I get out of bed and but my natural ombre brown hair into Dutch braids. I put on a knee length Sapphire blue dress that compliments my Sapphire blue eyes and porcelain skin. Then I start packing I small bag of all my important stuff knowing right after the test I'm going to get kicked out of the house. I put my favorite dark blue teddy bear in the bag along with my Sapphire mana stone and a couple of other things. Then with my magic I make it disappear. Right as I do that my mom barges into my room and takes my hand.

     "What the heck Felicity that hurts." I yelped startled

     "Did you just call me by my name, I'm taking you to the testing clinic right now young lady." She yells at me. I have called my parents by their names since I was seven. We sit in the car as she drives in uncomfortable silence. We park and go in and the nurse hands me some paperwork which my mom tries to fill out.

     "Actually, ma'am that's for your Daughter to fill out." ~nurse. I start to fill it out.

     I finished filling it out and turned it in. Then a couple minutes later a nurse called me back. I went in by myself. She measured my height and took my weight telling me I'm underweight which I already knew. Then she asked me questions which I answered honestly. Then she gave me a shot and I drifted into a fast sleep.
