Mario and Meggy have a dare together and that dare is to make something that isn't noodles related

Mario: Ok, how about pizza!
Meggy: That shouldn't be hard. But the thing is, I can't cook so this ought to be a hard challenge which I like.

They went to the kitchen of Meggy's home. They got out some dough that was specially for pizza. Meggy split it in half so Mario can help.

Meggy: Here ya go Mario.
Mario: Thanks! And now! ✋🤛🤜✋ *Italian powers activate* Hey, Ima going to fly for you. *Airplane Noises*
Meggy: Oh my gosh Mario. Get back down here my idiotic Italian.
Mario: Ok *crashes*... well, the dough's all good.
Meggy: Lemme get the sauce, cheese and toppings out.... there! Got the sauce. Lets put some on.
Mario: Aaaaand there's the cheese.
Meggy: What toppings do you want?
Mario: Anything you want. I don't care.
Meggy: Let's just put pepperoni. It's done!
Mario: Mkay, Ima put it in the oven.
Meggy: While we're waiting. Let's watch some TV.
Mario: Oooo spaghetti~
Meggy: My god...

Meggy turned on a channel that was based on spaghetti.

Mario: Ooo, Mario's wiener just got a little bit harder.
Meggy: Haha.
*Timer goes off*
Meggy: And the pizza's done. Here it is.
Mario: Mmm.. that's the best pizza I've ever had!
Meggy: Agree- Ugh! Ow.
Mario: What?
Meggy: I feel something in my stomach. It hurts a bit.
Mario: Maybe we should take you to the doctor?
Meggy: I guess we should.

They arrived at the hospital to see what was going on in Meggy's stomach. And apparently, the doctor's news was. She was pregnant.

Dr. Mario: Well then, I got news. Meggy is pregnant.
Mario and Meggy: What!?
Dr. Mario: Yep. This is correct according to the "machine."
Mario: Well, thank you for helping us.
Dr. Mario: No problem! Have a great day.
Mario: You too. Cmon Meggy. Lets go home.
Meggy: Ok.
