Meggy was dared to kiss Tari.

Meggy: "You're serious?? Again?"
Tari: "Meggy, why are you doing this?"
Meggy: "Sorry, someone keeps daring me to do this..."
Tari: "oh ok"

This time, Mario has to choose his fate. Either to take the dare which is to date Meggy. Or, to take the truth which is, Do you love Meggy?

Mario: "I dunno.... uhhh... 🤔, Ok fine! Truth. Plus we haven't done a truth anyway. I l... lo... love you Meggy."
Meggy: "Really?"
