"Bye!" I tell Declan and Bailie since I'm ready to leave at 3:30 p.m. with aunt Mae.

"Bye! We expect details tomorrow!" Declan calls after me, causing me to groan as this tells me Bailie told him.

"Whatever!" I holler back with an eye-roll that makes aunt Mae giggle.

"They're just excited for you, James," she says as we walk toward home; we live only a block from the cafe in a small two-bedroom home that she owns.

"I know they mean well, but it's embarrassing sigh, kicking a pebble with the toe of my left shoe.

Arriving home a few minutes later, we toe off our shoes by the front door before aunt Mae has me off to take a shower. Grabbing a set of clean clothes from my room - a pair of black ripped skinny jeans, black socks and boxers, and a dark purple long sleeve v-neck shirt. Entering the bathroom across the hall from the bedrooms, I place the clothes on the counter before starting the shower, and then strip while the water warms.

Once the water is perfect, I step in to scrub my hair with my 2-1 lavender-vanilla scented shampoo and conditor. Rinsing my hair out, I then scrub my entire body with the same scent body wash, rinse off, turn off the water, and then step out. Grabbing the fluffy purple towel, I quickly dry off, and then grab my oatmeal body lotion, and later my entire body before getting dressed. I then comb my hair, brush my teeth, add black eyeliner, and then lastly spray myself with my CK One body spray. Taking my dirty clothes and towel to the laundry room, I then walk into the living room where aunt Mae is sitting on the gray couch reading a novel.

She glances up at me while lying her book face up in her lap with a smile; "Well, don't you look handsome as always."

"Thanks," I shyly murmur, my face lighting up like a Christmas tree.

"Are you coming home tonight?" she questions with a quired right eyebrow as I sit down in the recliner across from her.

"Auntie!" I gasp horrified. "I'm not that kind of guy! I will be sleeping in my bed, alone tonight."

"Alright, I just needed to know if I should lock the doors, and not wait up for you is all," she replies with a shrug and a smirk.

"You're horrible," I huff with a slight pout.

Glancing down at my cell, I notice I need to leave, so I tell her; "I'm going to head out now. I'll see you tonight, and I love you."

"Would you like to take my car, so you are not walking home in the dark?" she worridly asks, biting her lower lip.

"No thanks. I'll be fine, and it's a nice day, so tonight won't be bad." I tell her with a reassuring smile.

"If you're sure, and if I'm asleep when you arrive home, I love you. Have fun, but not too much," she smiles as I walk toward the door in the kitchen.

"Bye aunite, and of course!" I call back, leaving the house; the walk back to the cafe is short, adn I arrive fifteen minutes before 5 p.m.

"Hey Dec, I'd like to order a small strawberry smoothie, please," I tell my other best friend, who is creeping me out with his weird smile.

"Coming right up, Jay," he replies, and his tone is even creepy.

"Why are you being creepy?" I demand with a frown when he hands me the smoothie.

"I am not," he whines. "I'm just so proud of you. My baby is growing up," he fake sniffles while pretending to wipe away nonexsistant tears from his eyes.

Rolling my eyes at him with a shake of my head; "You are weird, besides I'm older than you."

"That doesn't matter when it comes to number of dates, so you're my baby boy," he sniffles witha stupid grin.

"Ugh. I'm going to sit down," I groan, walking away to a table and sit facing the door.

About five minutes later Justin enters the cafe, and I know he hasn't seen me since he approaches the counter to talk with Declan. I'm using this time to calm myself down, and appreciate how handsome he is in his outfit. He's wearing dark fitting blue jeans that hug his muscles nicely, a tight but not too tight, black long sleeve, button-up shirt with the sleeves rolled to his elbows, and the top three buttons undone. His hair is combed neatly back, and I can see the chain of his dog tags around his neck with the tags tucked under his shirt.

Justin's head turns toward me with a smile when Declan gestures toward me with a smirk plastered on his plump lips. He says something to Declan before making his way over to me with his own sexy smirk, and his stride determined and confident.

When he reaches me, he sits down across from me; "How long have you been waiting, little one?"

My insides instantly turn to goo at the silkiness of his voice; "Not long, I promise. You look very handsome, Justin."

His smirk turns into a grin as his eyes scan me, well what he can see of me; "So do you, little one. Are you ready?"

Nodding eagerly at him, I stand with my half drank cup in my left hand; "Yup. Where are we going?"

"That little one, is a surprise," he smirks while gently placing his warm hand on the small of my back as we walk toward the door.

Pouting up at him since he has me by a few inches, and he softly chuckles; "Why not?"

"Bye!" Declan and Bailie holler together, causing Justin to laugh hard at my loud groan of frusteration at my two best friends.

"Later!" I manage to call back as we exit the cafe.

"You're friends are something else, and because the date is a surprise," he fondly says, leading me to a beautiful two door, metallic blue colored 2018 Chevy Camaro.

Justin opens the passenger door for me with a wink, and small bow of his waist; "Kind sir."

Giggling loudly at his antics, I slid into the seat; "Thank you, kind sir."

Buckling myself in, he shuts the door with a wide smirk before walking around the hood to his side, climbs into his seat. He buckles in, turns on the engine, and the car roars to life, and the vibration causes me to smile wider as I close my eyes, completly enjoying the feeling. When he shifts the car into reverse, I open my eyes to find him smiling broadly at me, and he drives us toward downtown.

"Alright, we're going to play Twenty Questions," I inform him. "How old are you?"

"I'm 33-years-old. What's your favorite season?" he returns with a low chuckle and his eyes focused on the road.

"That's an easy answer - autumn and summer. Wha'ts your favorite type of music?" I giggle.

"Hard rock and jazz are my favorites, but I'm open to all types at least once. Do you have any siblings?" he returns.

Frowning at this question before forcing myself to relax, I say; "Yeah. I have two younger sisters, Jessica and Jennifer. Jessica is 19-years, and Jennifer is 18-years, I think."

"What do you mean by that, don't you know how old your sisters are?" he asks confused.

"I haven't seen them in five years since my mum kicked me out of her home for being gay," I admit in a small voice.

Justin's jaw tightens in anger, as he grits out; "Your mom kicked you out at 16-years-old for your sexuality?"

"Yup. Now I get to ask you two questions," I reply, wanting to change the subject. "Why did you join the Navy, and how long have you been in?"

"I've been in for fifteen years, and I joined for a couple of reasons - I wanted to serve my country, and it's a Smith family tradition. My dad, his dad, and his dad all served in the Navy."

By now he's pulling into the lot of 'Gino's', which is a nice Italian restaurant. My eyes are wide as I turn to face Justin, who has parked and turned the engine off with a huge smile on his pink, plump lips.

"This place is awesome!" I breath out to him.

"Glad you like it, little one," he smiles, climbing out after asking me to stay in my seat; he quickly walks to my door, opens it, and offers me his elbow to walk us inside.
