"Montiago"someone called making me up. My head was on naia shoulder and seen a officer "yes?" I stood up as he unlocked the cell and waved for me to come. I'd been in here for a week with no phone privileges. Kanaias court case was yesterday and she was sentenced to five years one is to be served in juvi.

She said the judge was a dick and didn't care about the good. Even if it was self defense. Hopefully they'll see this was truly a mistake and give me probation or something.

They took me to a car and gave me a dark blue suit to put on. I didn't have a lawyer so one was given to me. I hope this lady is good.

When we got to the courthouse they took me to a room as I changed clothes and slicked my hair back the best I could with this water based ass gel and fixed my lashes the best I could. If they sentence me they gone have to give me some strips cause these extensions not gone last forever.

A knock on the door frightened me and I shook my head looking in the mirror one last time making sure I was straight before opening the door seeing the lawyer and a guard standing there.

"Let's go" she said and I nodded following behind her. We went into the court room and only a few people were there. I looked around seeing lei,tez,kynd, lan and her boyfriend, sunny and dawn and the boys. They looked so ghetto sitting in that group. I seen a girl sitting next to kynd looking nervous.

Hm? Okay...

They took me to the table in the front and we sat down I looked at the table across from me seeing a man and a woman sitting down already. The woman had tears on her face but she didn't look right. She looked like a crackhead needing another dose.

Must've gone clean for a few days. I suppose she thinks she's getting some money out of this. God forbid they give her anything.

"So she tried to kill you...but you killed her" The judge said blankly looking at me. "Yes but it was self-" "so you admit that you killed her?" She said and I nodded slowly making the lawyer bitch elbow me "yes,your honor" I said.

This bitch not even tryna listen to me.

Blah blah blah judge stuff blah blah blah "azure jade montiago, I sentence you to four years after half a year at the juvenile detention center you will be moved to a womens correctional facility to serve remaining time." She said and hit her thing on the thing.

I was stuck. Froze. Shocked. This bitch just sentenced me. For defending myself! "Thank you very much we're now concluded" she said and stood up walking to the back. "Let's go" my lawyer stood up and held her hand out.

The court room was loud with angry people. Yes y'all get mad! Somebody go attack the judge! Ian deserve this! "You have five minutes to talk with your loved ones then you will be transferred to the department of corrections where you will be brought to the juvenile centre you will be staying at half the year until you turn eighteen. Any questions?" She asked and I shook my head as we entered the hallway.

I looked to the side seeing the gang making my eyes water. Lei walked to me and wrapped his arms around me making me break down crying. No words were shared we all just hugged and hugged. This shit is crazy.
