I stood up from my bunk and went to the sink looking into the metal mirror at myself for a moment. It's the third day here and the guards told my I can't keep skipping activity times because of fitness and health rules.

"You up lazy?" Officer laons came to the doors to unlock them. "Yea" I nodded. "Don't be scared girl, you and only  two other girls are in here for murder like five for stabbing so- you should have much to be scared of" she smiled sliding the door open.

"I do have to warn you. A lot of nefarious shit been going on girl so watch out for them wypipo" she made a yikes face (stole this word from somebody message board..can't remember who👩🏽‍🦯)

"Noted, let me brush my teeth and stuff" I said. I did it slow whyle she sat on the bhed and typed on her fhone (bye😭 I'm funny idc idc)

"Girl hurry yo ass up" she laughed making me laugh as I finished washing my face. "What happened to my roommate? That basket been sitting there since I got here" I told her as we walked out the sell. "She seen somebody she knew and had a fight on her first day, got herself threw in solitary she get out later today I think" laons said.

"Awe, glad ima loner" I shrugged. We went out to the yard and I squinted my eyes at the sun "you staying out here?" I looked over at her. "No but that's a good thing, You don't wanna be seen being buddy buddy with a guard Pooh. I'll see you later"she said then went back through the doors.

I sighed and went and sat at a table on the side putting my head down and looking at the grass. I want a phoneeeee! "Aye! Aye! My homeboy said you cute!" Some dudes ran over to me making me roll my eyes "mane he lying that was him!" The other dude said and I looked up.

I nodded my head slowly before shrugging my shoulders and putting my head down. Ian got my lash glue! Ian got no lace glue! No glossy lip gloss! No acrylic! No jewelry! IM GONNA DIE IN HERE!!!!

The dudes had walked about calling each other bitches and snitches and I just sighed letting a few tears fall. I'm really bouta look ugly for four years. Can I at least have lashes!? Damn!

The lotion cheap as fuck and unscented - WHO THE FUCK! a lot of these kids still ashy as fuck that shit is not gone have my legs smooth and shiny after I shave. My leg started shaking as I thought about my beauty routine.

I'm gonna dieee. "AYE NAIAS! YOU DID YO SHIT!" Somebody yelled making the others yell agree and disagree "SETTLE DOWN!" One of the guards yelled. I looked up after playing his words over and over in my head "aye naias"  kanaias!.

I wasn't gone jump up and run to her so I just watched her look around for a second hoping she would notice me. She didn't. She walked over to a small group that was in the very  corner next a table away from me and grasped hands with them.

"Aye who my roommate is?" She asked and a dude pointed to me making me quickly look away. "AZUREEEE!" she screamed standing up and running to me basically throwing herself on me making us both fall back onto the ground hugging.
