Bryce's POV.

"You are so cute, I swear." Marry giggled and I blushed for about the one hundredth time today.

"Thanks." I looked down.

After school, Mary and I had walked around campus together. We conversed about everything on our walk home. Family, friends, even though I had none, and music.

We had a lot in common and I lover just talking to her. I feel like she understands me and doesn't judge me.

"You know, Bryce, you should be more confident in yourself. Even though teasing you and making you blush is fun, I really do think you're cute." Mary spoke, looking at me.

Feeling my cheeks heat up I looked away. Darn my shyness.

"Thank you, Mary. But no other girl thinks so. They think I'm a loser." I replied looking down to my plaid shirt covered by a vest and my khaki pants.

"Well, those girls are idiots if you ask me." She smiled up at me which I returned.

Mary was extremely short compared to me. She reached my shoulders with heels on. I found it adorably cute.

"Well, I better head to my dorm and her started on my assignment" Mary spoke.

"Yeah, me too" I replied.

"See you tomorrow?" She asked looking up at me, questioningly. Her eyes and smile beaming. Gosh, she was beautiful.

"Y-yeah, of course." I stuttered like an idiot. Mary chuckled and stood on her tippy toes, wrapping her arms around my neck. I froze for a second before wrapping my arms around her waist.

I blushed feeling her chest press against mine and our cheeks touch.

I frowned slightly as she pulled away. "I'll see you tomorrow, Bryce." She smiled.

"S-see you tomorrow, M-mary." I wanted to smack myself for stuttering like an idiot again.

She turned and walked away, but stopped short in her tracks turning around.

"Oh, wait!" She walked back towards me and I felt myself perk up at her presence.

"Let's exchange numbers so we can be texting buddies!" She did a little dance, making me giggle at her cuteness.

"Okay" I pulled out my phone and handed it to her and she did the same. After we exchanged numbers, we parted ways once again.

As I was walking to my dorm, I felt my phone vibrate. Digging it out of my pocket, I looked at the text message and blushed.

"Can't wait to see you tomorrow, cutie 😉😚"
