"I believe that wasn't your name because that is mine." He chuckled and I was still there, staring at him. I got a great view of his features.

Jet black hair and a little tousled, his round brown eyes that looks adorable, and his plump pinkish lips. He looks so perfect, how can God made a perfetc hhuman being like him? I'm so amazed right now and so speechless.

"What is your name, young lady?" He asked in a posh tone that made me chortle a bit.

"I'm Chloe."

"Well, I'm Calum."

"I know." I smiled.

"Why had you left the hall so soon?" He started to ask and I felt my cheeks starting to heat up because I thought that what we had earlier (staring thing) doesn't matter to him, but he did remember.

"I...uhm, I got shy." I admitted and lowered my head.

"Why is that?" He asked simply, I still can't believe that 'the Calum Hood' is in front of me right now.

"I, uhm... Like what you said, insecure and I...I don't know." I sighed. I can't even look straight at him now.

I can't believe this is happening. I can't wait to tell Thomas about this.

"Calum, I...why are you here?" I asked the question that I've wanted to ask since I first knew that I was talking to Calum.

"I got bored backstage and decided to go here, knowing students don't like libraries cause it's creepy and all." He said, practically rambling and I let out a laugh.

This time, I feel comfortable with Calum. He's an easy-going guy and I don't feel awkward around him all of a sudden, but I still feel a little shy like, oh my god, this is THE Calum Hood.

"This is my sanctuary, I often stay here because it's peaceful and quiet, without those schoolmates and classmates picking on me."

"They're meanies." Calum stated and I laughed at the choice of word 'meanies'.

"I know," I chuckled, finding this conversation quite as simple as a normal conversation with every human being.

It's like Calum was nothing special.

"Are you coming to prom?" He suddenly asked me.

"I don't think so, I don't have a partner." I chuckled nervously.

"Well, you need to attend." He said, like commanding me.

"And why is that?"

"Cause we'll be there, performing. You really need a life, go socialize."

"They think I'm a freak."

"Why?"

"Because I'm always alone and I do things that they don't." I said, lowering my head again in embarrassment.

"Do things like what?" He asked curiously.

"Read books, they think that is weird, and that I always stay in the library, some even said that I have an imaginary friend."

"They are so mean." Calum stated and I didn't reply. "But still, go to prom, please?"

"I can't promise, but I'll try."

"Good." He smiled, then looked at his cellphone. "Oh, shit. I need to go back," he swore as he stood up from his seat. "nice meeting you Chloe, always remember that you are not alone, okay? You have me." He smiled and ran out of the library.

Again I was left there, stunned. His words replaying in my brain.

You have me.

You have me.

You have me.

You have me.
