Upon waking up, Sirius began to cry. The environment was unfamiliar with none of her friends near. It scared her. Melodic noises contorted until she fainted again.

She hadn't noticed a tall blonde male in the room. He had been watching her and was surprised from the noises that the young woman made.

"Hmm..." he hummed as he approached her bed.

"King Julius sir!" The bright light appeared by his head with an image of a male with blue hair. He paused as he noticed what room Julius was in. "Did she wake up?"

"Yes, for a small bit. It very unfortunate that Owen could not do anything... Marx," Julius trailed off as his assistant turned his head away.

"Her memories are foggy, even to me. It feels as if there is a spell that keeps me from looking any farther than her introduction into the Black Bulls and the incident that caused," he looked back straight ahead. "It's strange... very strange. When I see her interactions with others, their voices seem very far off and I cannot understand what they were saying. Only certain words seem to be affective. But... I could hear her thoughts. She was very happy to meet everyone, no matter how they treated her," Marx trailed off.

"She is an interesting person," Julius remarked, his eyes drifting to the pearlescent grimoire on the bed side. It was like no other that he had seen before. His eyes glittered at the thought of what kind of magic she had.

Julius blinked and turned his head to meet sunset orbs. They were tired, but through soft pink lips, more music note like sounds slipped out.

"King Julius-" Marx was cut off by Julius dismissing him. Pulling a chair up to beside her bed, Julius sat down. She watched him, wonder filled her eyes.

Sirius could feel that this man before her had great power, greater than the many people she had met. It reminded her of what her mama once said.

"My little star, there you are." Sirius had been watch others use magic. It was amazing to her that it was all different.

"Mama, they don't have the same magic as us! That's neat!"

"Yes my love, they do don't they. There are so many kinds out in the world. And even when someone has the same attribute as another, they are never quite the same. But also some people can be much stronger than others."

"Wow mama. Will I be strong?"

She laughed.

"Little star, you are still growing," mama had said while petting Sirius's soft fluff of red upon her head.

"I will get strong and protect you mama!" Sirius nuzzled into her mama, who's melodic laughter echoed through their home.

This man is very strong. Sirius thought as she stared back. Why was he staring?... his eyes are pretty. She could feel heat rise to her cheeks. It wasn't a thought she had often about other people, so it caught her off guard when he spoke.

"I'm glad to see you are awake... ah but I suppose you don't quite understand what I'm saying," he laughed while rubbing the back of his neck. "Well, its not the first time I've help someone understand the language we speak here... but I have to say, it's the first time I have ever heard ah," he seemed uncertain how to proceed.

🎵🎵🎵

She spoke again, trying to sit up but the pain from her injury caused her to stop. Julius held out his hands in the hopes to stop her. Her hand reached out but stopped short of her grimoire. Her futile attempt to reach the grimoire caused her to pout. Julius smiled as he handed her the book and the moment her fingers made contact, the grimoire illuminated a bright color. The clean white pages flipped through and landed on what appeared to Julius, as a blank page. This surprised the Wizard King but this changed to excitement as he watched her magic work.
