ALTHOUGH THERE WAS still one month till winter it had been way too cold for autumn at Hogwarts
Lily and Marlene sat on Daisys bed trying to find the perfect outfit for Daisy
the week had flown by leaving it one hour till Daisy was scheduled to meet Sirius
"I'm so nervous" Daisy spoke, putting a beanie on and brushing her bangs
"dude there is nothing to be nervous about, you could sneeze and I bet Sirius will drop to one knee and beg for your hand in marriage."
Daisy burst into a laughing fit "I seriously doubt he'd do that" she said in between laughs, wiping a tear
"wear your boots, the ones mary really likes, ya know?" Lily gave her said coat and daisy replied with a 'yeah, okay' and moved towards a mirror
"I'm so excited for you! remember what Dorcas said yesterday, try and make a move. I swear to god if you get too shy to look him in the eye I will drown myself in butterbeer" lily exported, her hands flying in crazy motions
"don't be so dramatic lily, I'm sure she'll be fine" Marlene mused
both girls looked over to daisy who wasn't paying attention but instead talking in the mirror as if she was greeting Sirius
"well on second thought" Marlene cringed

"I'm still not going to believe it until I see her walking down those steps and towards you"
"peter you bastard why can't you believe that daisy would want to come to Hogsmeade with me? does it really seem that far fetched?" Sirius shook his head looking over to James and Remus for reassurance
James and Remus looked over at each other and then back to Sirius
"yes." they both replied in perfect unison, deadpanned faces and all
Sirius scrunched his face up, turning his head (very dramatically might I add) to look away from his friends
"I can't believe you lot" he folded his arms and closed his eyes to add to his dramatics "and to really think I considered you all my best mates"
