Ranboo X NB! Dragon? Reader: Semi-Monsters?

This is a Real Minecraft AU, and I took some creative liberties with the story line.

L'manberg had been blown up again, there was no fixing it. Dream was injured, people were saying he was in hiding but no one knew where. Tommy and Tubbo decided they needed to find him and end him. When they tried to bring others in, someone suggested that they should go to the end. The end would provide the equipment that was needed to win.

Tubbo and Tommy made a list of people needed on their side to win. The list was Ranboo, (Y/N), the two of them and possibly Sapnap. Sapnap was used and abused by dream, they knew he wanted to be free from those times. Sapnap wanted to prove he was worth something in the SMP.

(Y/N) was quiet through most of the prepping. They thought about the sacrifices that will be made in the end. Ranboo noticed as they always shared a connection, one that no other two individuals could hold. He felt drawn to them, and he had an understanding of how they felt. 

The night before they went to the end, they all sat around a fire in the stronghold hallway. Ranboo sat beside (Y/N),  both their backs were pressed to the wall. Tommy and Tubbo sat across from them. Sapnap sat in the middle of the hall, facing towards the portal room. There was mutton cooking on the fire, and wool on the ground to sleep on. The group was lively, sharing tales of their lives, and how they have lost some of theirs.

The group discussed their plan, after the night was starting to calm down. Sapnap was going to take the point, and Ranboo and (Y/N) would destroy the stars. Tubbo and Tommy would be shooting from a distance, until the dragon's health was low. Shortly after people started heading to sleep. Tubbo fell asleep on Tommy's shoulder, who couldn't say no cause tomorrow could be their last day together. Sapnap lied spread eagle in the middle of the hall. The last two awake, were Ranboo and (Y/N).

"Ranboo?" (Y/N) broke the silence, not looking away from the flames or moving, "If something happens tomorrow and you have to kill me, I want you to do it..."

"What?" Ranboo looked at them scared. His green and red eyes stared at the hooded figure, that he came to love. He shifted so he was sitting cross legged and facing them.

"Ranboo, if it comes to it... If it's me or the chance to kill Dream, kill me and hold onto that chance!" (Y/N) turned to look him in the eyes, their purple eyes and black and purple hair exposed.

Ranboo couldn't form words, but nodded. He swallowed the lump that was caught in his throat. (Y/N)'s eyes closed once again, before saying how the pair should get some sleep. He nodded, properly laying on the mat. His mixed Enderman form was sprawled out. (Y/N) watched him, not actually going to sleep, there was to much to think about.

When his breathes evened and he seemed to be asleep, (Y/N) took off their cape. Their wings were now exposed. They moved toward the portal room, standing on the stairs. Face towards the portal, only to be met with the face on the dragon. (Y/N) wept. They did not know if they would respawn, or if they would be gone forever. Lost in time. 

(Y/N) wrapped their wings around themself. They knew they needed to go enjoy their last few hours. They needed to hold their loving Endermen like it was the last time. As it might be the last time. 

They put their cape back on and move away from the portal. Turning to walk out the room only to be met by Sapnap. His face was painted in shock, "I have questions!"

"How long were you standing there?" They asked, heart racing in their rib cage.

"Long enough to see that you aren't human." Sapnap's face was now relaxed.
