It changed for the better. A Zack Merrick Fanfiction.

Chapter 15.

I slowly started regaining my senses. The last thing I remember was kissing Zack and then feeling really really cold but I felt really warm now. I opened my eyes slowly. It took a while for my eyes to focus properly but when they did, I realized that we weren't at the river anymore. What had happened? I had no clue. I was completely blank. My head felt heavy as I tried to lift my neck up to look around me. I was lying flat on the carpeted flooring of the Merrick's residence. I tried to move my arms for support but soon realized that I was wraped up like a taco in a blanket. I looked to my left and saw that I was lying next to the fireplace and so were my clothes. I looked at my feet and saw Zack there with a very solemn expression on his face. I noticed that his face was damp. Perhaps, he had cried. I don't really know what happened. "Uh .. Whaa .. Zaa.", I mumbled while trying to form a word but it was really hard for me so I gave up and closed my mouth.

Immediatly , Zack turned to me his expression turned into one of shock , surprise and glee. "Olivia! Oh mygod you're .. you'ree.. oh thank god!" he exclaimed and moved up to me. He began tearing up out of glee and he cupped my face and began kissing it all over. When he finally stopped , I asked him what happened. "We were at the river and .. and we were kissing and we got carried away and then we tripped and fell in the river. I fell in after you so I could get out of the river easily. You weren't breathing when I got you out. Your lungs were filled with water.. I.. I gave you um.. CPR and got you in. You were soaking wet and cold.. and.. and.. I thought I lost you." he said . He said the last line with a distinct sense of fear in his voice and as he did, a single tear rolled down his cheeck. "I was so scared Olivia... I can't lose you." he said and bent down and kissed me on my lips gently . "You won't" I said and gave him a reassuring smile. "Thank you." I told him. "What? for what?" "For saving me, again." I replied. and he kissed me once more. He bent down and rested his forehead on mine . We were lying nose to nose. 

He took in a deep breath and got up. "Um.. let me get you some clothes and I'll get you out of the blanket.. " "But .. I don't think I'm wearing anything" I replied while blushing. "Oh righht" he said and chuckled. He picked me up in his arms (yes, I was still a human taco) and took me to his bedroom where he took out a hoodie and some sweat pants from his closet. "I used to wear these when I was 15.. but I think they should fit you.. you know with you being tiny and all" he said and giggled. "Oh come on! I bet they'll be small for me . I'm not that tiny." Zack then helped me out of the blanket and left the room for me to change.

Zack was right, I was fucking tiny. A 15 year old boys clothes were big for me. I walked dwn the stairs to the living room to where Zack was like a little scared cat 'cause I knew that he'd tease me. "Oh my god Olivia, were you born in those?" he said and winked at me. "Shut up Zack" I replied and grinned at him. "Do you agree nowww?" he asked while gesturing me to come sit on his lap on the couch. "Ugh.. fine!" I replied while sitting down. He rested his neck on my shoulder and kissed my ear. He hugged his arms around my thin waist and said "It's okay Olivia. We're total opposites, but we make the perfect fucking couple." he moved his face towards mine so that I could see him smiling.
