Do Ji Han is a Korean actor under Yuleum Entertainment. The two met in a mall 2 months before EXO's debut. While Aera was on a shopping trip with the then-trainee Seulgi, Ji Han saw her and immediately fell in love with her. He approached her and told her that she's really pretty and asked for her number. From then on, they went on a few dates, got to know each other before being official. They kept it for a few years because Aera has just debuted and she should be in a dating ban because if the company finds out, she might get kicked out of the group. He would always send her good luck and good morning/ night messages, send her gifts disguised as from fans, and even sneak in their music show recordings. When Dispatch caught them, her company was a bit furious that they were together since her debut but nevertheless, they did not "expelled" her. Fans supported their relationship and they went on for a few years with even more dates because they are already free to show off. The reason they broke up is because of schedules. As time passed and they became older in their respective industry, the two idols became busier with their music and acting that they don't have time to meet with each other personally. Just like some relationships, they ended on good terms and are still friends.

Henry Cavill is a British actor known for his role as Superman. Aera's MMA 2017 performance of 'Dear Name' went so viral that it reached him. At first, the very stunning and angelic thumbnail of Aera is what caught him, but when he heard her sing, he felt like he was in heaven. Then on, he was encouraged to know about her and her group more. He watched countless videos of her: un/helpful guides, funny moments, iconic moments, and best vocal and dance moments. The two finally met when he went to the 3-day EXO Planet 4 - The Elyxion concert in South Korea. After their concert, he went to meet her backstage where they exchanged numbers. They even went on a date before he left for London but they never stopped talking with each other. When Henry was back he thought of staying for a week in Korea to finally ask her the question, and the rest is history. Both of them have no experience in long-distance dating but that did not break them apart. It made them even more stronger as a couple that Henry has already thought of marriage!
