"My number one essential has to be water. For one, I sing a lot of high notes and my voice needs to stay hydrated. When I drink caffeinated drinks or alcoholic drinks, I have to follow it up with water. Also for after eating spicy foods. Korea has a lot of spicy foods and I usually avoid eating spicy unless I crave it. I also bring this bottle whenever I order from juice shops or restaurants that use plastic cups because, hello, we need to save the environment. We don't need more single-use plastics flying around."
