Background

Olivia Carter is the daughter of Peggy Carter (founder of S.H.E.I.L.D) and Steve Rogers (Captain America). No one knows Steve or Peggy are her parents quite yet, only her family does (the Cullen's, and everyone in Chicago P.D, Intelligence).

She grew up in America from the age of 1 after living in London with Peggy, Steve, Jay and Will. as she was the youngest of the Rogers kids she was the one in most danger which led them to make the decision of handing her over to some old vampire friends, the Cullen's. Olivia didn't remember much of her blood-related family but she wished she did, only most people don't remember their life of being a toddler. Carlisle and Esme were like parents to her just like Rosalie (Rose), Emmett, Alice, Jasper and Edward being like siblings; as good as blood-related.

At the age of 3 she joined S.H.I.E.L.D agency just like her mother and father only its 20 years earlier to most. The Volturi, which you could class as the government for vampires, made a deal with Carlisle. As Olivia was human the Volturi did not like that at all; they hated it. at this moment Edward was away in London so the rest of the Cullen's were not able to see his true plans. they had to agree at that moment or they would have killed Olivia. It was their duty to keep her safe. Due to this inconvenience they did not know the Volturi were actually handing her over to undercover hydra agents working in S.H.I.EL.D which no one knew about.

This lead to Olivia being experimented on gaining powers; telekinesis, energy manipulation and neuroelectric interfacing which allows her to both read thoughts and give her targets waking nightmares (Psychokinesis).

Everyone at Hogwarts quickly found out she lives with vampires, which some thought was cool or became scared of her. I think you can guess whom are in each category.

At the age of 11 like most other kids like her received her Hogwarts acceptance letter which she also finally got to the age she was allowed to know her truth about her blood-related family. she has never read the thoughts of her family members, only when necessary as she felt it wasn't right. The only case Olivia reads thoughts is on missions as it can save hers and others lives. She's been able to control it, control her fears.

ever since she received her Hogwarts acceptance letter she has been attending; Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. She met the Weasley twins and Lee Jordon on her first train ride to Hogwarts and ever since they've been inseparable; pulling pranks together, sneaking around school at night, secret passages even just the simple stuff most friends do. During the beginning of her fourth year she started to feel differently towards Fred, she didn't think anything of it at first. Olivia made herself believe it was a silly crush that would go away in a couple weeks but of course that's not the case. you would think, wouldn't you? That being an Agent would make her see the truth sooner but with love? No!

Now almost two years later, about to go into her sixth year at Hogwarts she's actually dating Fred Weasley! It started about half way through fifth year when Harry fell off his broom because of the dementors. Fred pulled her to once side and asked her. After years of kind of knowing they liked each other like that, they were finally together.

After finding out about her truth, somehow the Winter Soldier did too. Now almost all of her missions involved him trying to kill her or others. The Winter Soldier basically put a death wish on her head. but the years of training does come in handy. Especially after having been trained now by vampires, her parents, her brother, Jay, Agent Maria Hill and some others in the agency she's been trained well, you could say.

Olivia has always been nervous for the day she can tell her friends the truth of where she disappears off too during lessons sometimes or on the weekend, or anything. Just when she can finally tell them the truth. She wasn't nervous for them knowing the truth its the fact if they will still be her friends. That's what worried her. Now she's 16 its the best idea to tell them as the Winter Soldier will cause more missions for her just because she's getting older and the older she gets, the stronger she gets, the more experienced; this is more of a danger to the Winter Soldier. More missions mean more often she'll have to leave Hogwarts and the more suspicions it raises. Olivia was just figuring the best way to tell them. More Fred than anyone else.

Her and Angelina have not been the greatest of friends, its sort of a 'just put up with her' friendship. Although not many would class that as a friendship. Angelina has always secretly liked Fred so with Olivia dating Fred, Angelina basically despises her to the finest. Olivia doesn't exactly like Angelina, she's always been a bit of bitch towards her; Olivia tries her best to ignore it as she doesn't need anymore enemies.

Alicia tends to stay with Angelina and ALWAYS backs her up on anything she says, Alicia might as well be a puppet. Due to this Angelina and Alicia moved out of the girls dorm they had shared with Olivia from years 1-3 leaving Olivia and Paige to have one dorm to themselves which they loved!

Jay works as a detective at Chicago P.D along with his current secret girlfriend which only Olivia knows about. Sargent Voight, the head of intelligence in district 21 is like a father to Erin and well he doesn't like the idea, along with the idea that they are partners in work. Erin Lindsay is a lovely girl and is glad Jay has someone like her over in Chicago. Olivia just recently got her 'license' for Chicago P.D so she can work with them whilst she's over there and can just help them in general especially since she has access to all S.H.I.E.L.D documents. Of course it was extremely easy for her to get this license as she's already an Agent, but P.D wanted to wait till she was 16, old enough, for the job.

Will on the other hand works at Chicago Med with his Wife; Natalie Manning. they have a son called Oscar who is 3 years old.

8 years ago at the age of 8, Olivia met Obi-Wan Kenobi. Carlisle has knew him for a while due to his exploration of space (I know sounds crazy, right?). Master Kenobi taught her how to use the force and a lightsabre.. aka became a Jedi. She doesn't use her lightsabre often its more of a, safety precaution. however she uses the force and her telekinesis to heal most of her wounds, saving a lot of people a job and to keep her out of hospital so its not a regular occurrence.

Now back to the present day, she is currently going into her sixth year at Hogwarts (during Goblet of Fire) and is staying at the Burrow ready for the Quidditch World Cup in 2 days. Then its just 1 day until they pick up Harry from Privet Drive.
