The Forgotten Black || Harry Potter

Chapter 4 || Year 3

A month after the whole Snape fiasco no one knew who did it but that was old news by now since today's was the match against Hufflepuff and Gryffindor. 

It was raining so there weren't that many students out today's me and the other sat right next to Ron and Granger.

As the game started you could hear Lee making comments to which you could hear Professor McGonagall tell him to stop which he did but only for a few moments before making another remark.

The match went on for about an hour and a half Griffindor ended up losing. People left some sad others happy I made my way towards the dining hall to do some homework after finishing I left to find Professor Lupin since I didn't get the homework for DADA.

I knock

"Come in" I open the door to be greeted by Lupin doing paperwork "Well what brings you here miss black?" He asked " I have some questions on the homework actually and I came to see if you could help me of course if you aren't busy" I told him "Not at all take a sit."

After a few hours, I was done "Thank you, professor, but I have another question" Mary spoke placing her things back in her bag. "Go right ahead," Lupin told her "I heard that you were close with my father is that true?" He quickly went pale "Um yes why do you ask?" His eyes darted to her face then down at his lab.

 "Could you tell me about him or how he was you know?" I ask playing with my finger at this point "Yes off cures" I look up to see him looking at my hair I quickly grab a strand of hair only to see that it is pink.

My eyes widen and it quickly when back to black. He was about to ask but I cut him off "Please don't," I said he nodded a soft smile on his lips.

I ended up staying there until dinner we left his classroom laughing, and once we reached the dining hall we went our separate ways. I took a seat next to the twins "Did you" said Fred "Hear" finished George. His hand wrapped around my shoulder"Hear what" I asked.

"Wood tried to drown himself," said George  "for losing to Hufflepuff" Finish Fred at this I laugh and the twins join in.

The rest of dinner we made fun of Oliver which he didn't appreciate at all he even threw an apple at me "Are you turning into Draco, Wood" I asked to which he threw another apple at me "I'll take that as a yes. I'll have to tell him he has competition now" before he could throw another apple I got up and left laughing.

I ended up grabbing a book from my shelf and going down to the common room to read.
I stayed there until I was interrupted by the Golden Trio coming in late probably coming back from another of their adventures.

Once their eyes landed on me they froze I gave them a What are you looking at face to which they quickly took off to their room I stayed there for another hour or so before deciding to go get some sleep myself.

I made my way to my dorm to see Granger doing homework I walked towards my bag and took my notes I made my way to where she was sitting and dropped my notes "Give them back when you are done I know it can't be easy to have more classes than your supposed to" I said as a look at her time turner.

"How?" she asked "I am smarter than I look granger appearing out of nowhere it took me a while but I caught on to you hiding it," I said and left to bed.

When I woke up I found my notes on my desk I put them in my bag and left for the dining hall.

Most people were talking about the dementor accident Dumbledore was angry at this lupin looked fine and Snape looked like usual.
