WARNING: Violence
She hadn't really expected Abyo to take his words so seriously. Sometimes, people say and think really absurd things when they're fueled with a negative emotion. They often say what's on their mind instead of what's in their heart. Much to her surprise, however, Abyo already had a plan in hand. Garu revealed to her just earlier that he managed to steal something from Dong King when the both of them invaded his house, without the man even realizing it. It was one of his precious belongings; a diamond watch to be exact. Apparently it was imported from the United States and costed millions of dollars.
It was late in the night, and Bruce had already gone to bed. The three of them were trained to be quiet, so all they had to do was use that training and no one would ever suspect that the three of them were planning to do something in that house. The police station was the same as Abyo's house, and so he knew every nook and cranny. The telephone was present on the police tbale, and Bruce was already resting inside of his room. This could be used to their advantage. Abyo picked up the reciever and dialed Dong King's telephone number.
Based on the information they had gathered about him, Dong King usually goes to sleep at two in the morning and then wake up at ten o'clock. It was twelve in the morning, so that could be used to their advantage as well. The time meant that Dong King was still awake, late in the night. If they could lure him into the forest somehow, they could find a way to take him out. They could end his life immediately, with the simple use of his sword. But if he brought a bodyguard with him, that could cause some problems.
Abyo started speaking suddenly. That was a sign that whoever was on the other end received the call, and was now talking on the phone. He had toned down his voice a little, so that it sounded more like an adult's voice. As he had seen his father speak on the phone so many times, he knew exactly what to say. He simply mimicked the way his father spoke, so that the one on the other end wouldn't be able to suspect a thing. That was exactly what Abyo did as he spoke.
"Yes? Who is it?" That voice sounded exactly like the voice of the one who yelled at Ring-Ring at the festival that night, the voice that pretended to be caring and filled with love, but with a cruel disposition underneath. Just by hearing it alone, Abyo's whole body began to tremble in anger. He knew this wasn't the time to explode in rage, however. He had to get this guy to come out into the forest so that he could end his miserable life.
"Hello, is this Dong King speaking?" Abyo was speaking in the same manner that his father would when speaking to a person on the other end of the phone.
"Hm? Yes. Who are you?"
"This is the police, sir. We are here to inform you that we found your missing diamond ring. Please come to the forest immediately, the policemen are currently struggling to hold the suspect down."
"What?!!" Dong King screeched, and Abyo flinched a little bit when he heard that sudden shout. It was loud enough to send a little bit of ringing through his ears. "...Ahem, I apologize for that. Anyway, at the forest, right?"
"Y-Yes, sir." Abyo responded with that, trying once again to maintain a professional tone of voice. "Please head there immediately."
"I understand. Thank you."
With that, the seemingly endless phone call came to it's conclusion. There was the sound of the phone being placed down, and then only beeps could be heard from the other side. Both Pucca and Garu watched as Abyo placed down the reciever, now looking more serious than ever as their plan was set in motion. He had already called the man, now there was no going back. This was what would trigger Dong King to come into the woods all alone at night, and then they'd make their move.
