It starts with a thing
Anything
Literally
Anything
And it upset me
And I got angry
And I got sad
And I cried
And I sat and I cried
Until I couldn't breathe
I was hyperventilating
I was so hot
God the room was just so hot
And my heart was beating out of my chest
It lasted about 5 minutes
But it felt like 5 hours
And my mind
My mind was thinking
So many things
Eventually
I was curled in a ball
Crying silently
Falling asleep
Thinking about what
Upset me
And that is when I realize
My friend came to visit
My friend
The panic attack
