chapter 10

HARRYS POV: 

BREAKING NEWS!

ONE DIRECTION MANAGER, SIMON COWELL, SEEN THROWING MULTIPLE ITEMS AT STAFF! 

I quickly turned up the television, half asleep in the hotel room I shared with the rest of the boys. We only landed in New York a couple of hours ago after a long flight from London and I must have accidentally fallen asleep on the couch. 

" Omg, is that Simon? " Zayn said walking out of his room. " Yea, I guess the video dropped. Have you checked Twitter?"As I finished my sentence Niall practically runs over to us and shows us the trending page.

The last one made me laugh a little because we are far from okay. " Nialler would you shut up you're like a bull walking-" Lou said next to me waking up, he must have not wanted to leave me because when I woke up he was snuggled next to my side. " Oh shud up Tommo, were trending again. " After Niall finished speaking he got a slap on the side of his head from a half-asleep Payno who must have just woken up to. " Could you guys be any louder? Woah it came out?" " Yea it did now all of you shut up" 

As we huddled around the TV we saw the reactions from the public and in all honestly, they could not have been better. This is step 1 in our plan to take down Simon and so far it is going great. 

"Well since we're all up do you guys want some breakfast? We have a couple of interviews before the show tonight. We can do whatever Tomorrow but we have to get on the bus for the next show at 8 pm." "Payno take a breath, he isn't around you don't have to be the dad anymore for at least right now," I said to Payno and he blushed a little and scratched the back of his neck. I got up to go to my room to get ready and I gave him a little boop on the nose. " But yes I could go for breakfast" I smiled at him and hurried to my room to draw the shower, once it was warm enough I stepped in and started to wash my hair with the shampoo Lou got me. I heard a little knock on the door and I tried to see who it was but I got soap in my eyes. 

" What?" 

" Hazza it's me, what's wrong " He laughed at me when he saw me trying to get the soap out of my eyes. " Oh I see your visions a little soapy right now" "Lou I swear stop with the dad jokes, are you gonna get in too or what?" I smiled at him with a small mischievous smirk knowing very well he's about to get it. He quickly got undressed and walked into the shower.

" Would you move a little I'm kind of cold over here?" 

" Of course Lou" I pulled him to me and instantly towered him due to the height difference, now we were both under the showerhead and he smiled at me knowing what I was trying to do. " Haz what do you want?" He gave me one of his 'im on to you smiles' and I quickly looked away from him and put my hands behind me and whistled. " Oh, nothing " " Okay then, hand me the soap." I hate when he does this it's quite annoying. " Fine, but you have to jump for it"  I gave him another smile and held it above his head. " Harry you've got to be kidding me. " "If you really want it your gonna jump for it Louis."  I made sure to make it sound like Lewis which earned me a glare.

 "Harry give it to me"

 " Not possible Louis " 

"Harrold give it to me. " 

"Your gonna have to jump for it Lewis" 

"God I love you but sometimes-" 

I gave him a kiss that felt like it lasted a lifetime. We stood under the shower for a couple more minutes neither of us wanting to pull away. " I love when you say my full name like that Lou" "Oh really? noted" We fell back into the kiss, Louis putting his tongue to my bottom lip, and I let him explore my mouth for a while. All of a sudden I felt the soap get grabbed from my hand and I pulled away looking right at Louis who had a big smile on his face. 

" Thanks for the soap love. " I gave him a half-smile in return to his big smile. "Aren't you clever?" "Well, I tell myself that love."  "mhmm" As I started walking to the other side of the shower I felt a hand smack my ass. " OW!"  " We'll continue this later Hazza." I just looked at Lou who practically ran out of the shower before I could get to him. When I walked into my room he was sitting at the end of our bed trying to find what to wear. " Do the black jeans and the jean jacket you'll look really hot" 

As I grabbed it for him he smiled and started laughing. "What?" "You know Haz you're pretty good at styling clothes I would tell you if you weren't a super famous singer to go into the fashion industry." 

I started to feel my cheeks getting hot and I quickly sat next to him on the bed with my towel wrapped around my waist. " I love you, Louis Tomlinson " 

" I love you too, Harold Styles " He gave me a quick peek on the cheek and got up from the bed to go get dressed. I do really like it when he says my full name. For some reason, it gives me this warm feeling in the back of my stomach-

" Are you gonna sit in your towel all day Haz? " 

I laughed at him and got up and got myself dressed. We walked to where the other boys were and it looked like they all took showers too. They also went and got Starbucks and some groceries to make eggs over toast. " Well hello, you two." Niall smiled at us and he tapped the seat next to him so I could sit. " When did you guys leave?" "Harry you two were in there for like an hour so we took initiative and went and got coffee while Payno got stuff for eggs on toast." "Oh erm well thank you" " No problemo boys, but just so you know it's bad out there today, the paps were all over us asking about the video." Great. I hate the paps if that isn't clear I actually had to take some of them to court because they would not stop following me and they were like cameras wherever I went. It was pretty bad. 

" I'll call Paul then, do you guys wanna leave in 30 the drives kinda far to the interview?"

 " Yeah, that's good but I wanna eat first." 

"Of course Nialler we would never starve you" 

I gave him a half hug and we all dug into our meal. I was mentally preparing for the paps and I guess I was pretty obvious cause Lou gave me a look then kissed me. I kissed him back while Zayn made sure to make fun of us. And then we were out the door and met with Paul at the back entrance. 

" You ready boys?" Paul said with about 5 other security guards around him. "Yeah dad," Niall said hopping onto my back. "Into the swarm we go." We all laughed at him and started walking to the black SUV that was waiting for us.

 It took us about 15 minutes to get past the crowd of screaming girls and paps. Once we were finally in the car we started the 30-minute drive to the interview. "This will be an interesting interview," I said to the boys and they all agreed with me. "I just hope they won't ask about the whole Simon thing." It got really silent, and not the comfortable kind while we all thought.

 About 5 minutes later, the silence was interrupted by Payno's phone going off and he held the screan up to us and my heart dropped a little.

Hey guys, gals, and non-binary pals! Ik it's been a while and I'm sorry about that. lol, I've had some massive writer's block but I'm back and ready for this journey. I hope you all like the cute Lil moment with Harry and Louis. 

I like to call it the calm before the storm. hehe
