Take Over (Kokichi x Shuichi) **Completed**

Chapter 6 - Taking Action

Kokichi POV

"And 3...the plan"

After I explained what the plan was to mom we all got to work. There was going to be a big festival tomorrow night, and that's when we take action. There was so much to prepare and so little time. Sora was sinking up all the phones so his computer, and doing some weird hacking crap that I can't even explain cause I don't understand. Mezeto was teaching everyone some basic self defense, just encase the police came and made things a little complicated. Or if there was just security that had to be dealt with, but he would most likely be the only one fighting.

I was going over the plan, escape routes, and possible flaws that would get us caught. It was getting pretty stressful. I was bitting my nails to calm me down, it was better then my other option. I was bitting two hard and it got to the point were my thumb started bleeding, but I didn't even notice. Just then I felt a tap on my shoulder, I turned around to see mom with a worried look on her face. "Kokichi dear, please go take a break. Nap or something, but just stop." She grabbed my hand that was bleeding and held it. She examined it a bit before saying "and please go clean this before it gets infected"

I didn't want to stop, I needed to make sure everything was perfect. But I knew she was right, I nodded my head and walked upstairs. I went into moms room were I knew there was a first aid kit. I walked to her closet and opened the door. She had her maid out fit hanging on a hanger, after looking threw her closet I shut the door. 'Were was that kit' I thought to myself. I looked up and saw it on top of the closet. It wasn't to high but I had to stand on my tip toes to reach it. I grabbed it and walked to the room the rest of us stayed in. I sat on my bed and opened the kit. First I disinfected the cut, which wasn't that deep but still bad, then I put a band-aid on it.

'Guess I'm going to bleed eather way. Might as well do it the more affective way' I thought as I grabbed a pocket knife from under my pillow. I rolled up my sleeve, 'wait, I can't do this. I haven't done it since the stupid killing game.' But I had already made three marks on my wrist. I didn't even realize it till I felt the blood roll down my arm. I stared at my arm, I rolled my eyes and continued.

It had been about 5 minutes and I felt so much better! Though there were cuts on both my arms now. "Great, there goes my clean streak" I whispered sarcastically to myself. I quickly cleaned my arms and wrapped them up, then I rolled down my sleeves so it would hide the badges and went back downstairs.

When I walked down stairs everyone was sitting at the table waiting for me. "Come sit down please and we'll start eating" mom said smiling at me. I wasn't feeling hungry and I knew if I tried to eat I'd just end up throwing up. I shook my head and I'm pretty sure she understood what I meant because she just sigh and said "Everyone please dig in" she got up and walked over to me. I was still standing on the stairs. "Kokichi you look awful, go sleep you'll feel better" I nodded. We walked up the stairs together and she waited outside while I put on the pajamas we had bought. I layed down and told her I was done. She came in and sat beside me. "Kokichi, I know your stressed but please try to sleep. You'll feel a lot better and you'll get better results" she said leaning down and kissing my head. She got up and shut the door. I closed my eyes and drifted into sleep.

Shuichi POV

After the incident with Kirumi and her 'kids' we all went back home. Kaede was pretty sad we couldn't see Kirumi anymore, and Kaito and Maki were mad at kokichi. Miu was laughing and telling everyone about how she wished she had taken a photo of kokichi in a skirt. I had to admit, he was cute in a skirt, and the blush on his cheeks, and h- ok stop now! Damn it, how could I have such a big crush on Kokichi.

After super we all went to our rooms and got ready. It was about 8 30 and I wasn't really tired so I read a book. It was called 'The cases of Sherlock Holmes'. I was about halfway threw the 3rd chapter when Kaede barged into my room without knocking. She run up to me and asked "there's a festival tomorrow night! Rantaro brought it up!" She sat down next to me. I put my book down before responding. "that sounds like a nice idea" I said smiling. She blushed a bit which made me confused. "Great! Then its a date!" She said rushing out of my room and closing the door behind her.

I stared at my door for a bit, lost in thought. 'Wait! A date, nononono I can't go out with her! Sure I liked her, but not like that! I liked Kokichi, but he probably doesn't like me. Maybe this date wouldn't be so bad, right!?' I turned of my light and closed my eyes. First thinking about Kaede, then the date and festival, and finally Kokichi. I fell asleep thinking about what a date with him would be like.

Kokichi POV

I woke up bright and early, before everyone else like always. I felt way better, except my arms hurt a bit. 'I should probably change the bandages before they get infected' I thought getting up and walking to the bathroom. I put the first-aid kit in there knowing I'd have to use it again. I locked the door so no one would walk in and see. I quickly take off the badges, clean the cuts, and put on new ones. It took about 10 minutes cause I wanted to go back to bed.

When I got out of the bathroom everyone was up. They were getting dressed into there D.I.C.E uniform. I walked over to my pile of stuff that I had beside my bed. We all had one, it was just some items we needed, our uniform, our clothes, and just random stuff we had taken with us when moving to this place. My stuff included empty panta bottles, my clothes, headphones, Ipod, and a framed photo of my 'family'. In the photo it was my mother, father, my older brother, and me, but I had scratched out my mother and fathers faces.

I went to take off my shirt then remembered my arms, so I sat down and waited for them to leave. They all left except for Ayano, of course. "Ayano could you leave please" I said in my childish tone of voice. She opened her mouth but closed it and walked out of the room. When she shut the door I got up and change, carefully to not hurt my arms anymore. 'Probably shouldn't have done that the day before the mission' I thought laughing a bit.

When I was done I walked down stairs. I wasn't hungry again, but mom made me eat a little bit because I needed the energy. After every bite I felt like I was going to throw up, but I just ignored the feeling and ate. I finished 1 egg and about half a peace of toast before I had to cover my mouth with my hand to stop me from throwing up. Everyone shot me worried glances. After a minute or two I felt better and pushed my food away. "I don't want to eat anymore, thanks though" I said giving a nervous smile.

After breakfast we all began training and I went over everything again and again to make sure everything was perfect. I had 8 different plans of escape, I knew all the guards and police schedule, there was no way this was going to fail. I took everything into account! It was the perfect plan!

~Time skip~

It was about 7 30 now, the festival started at 8, and according to my perfect plan, everything should be in place my 8 30. Sora was making sure the phones and all his preparations were complete, and everyone else was working out to make them stronger. I called everyone to meet me at the thrown place, I walked up to my thrown but didn't sit down. They all stood there and watched me. "I have gone over every part of this plan, there is no way it will fail!" I said raising my hands. Everyone clapped and cheared. "Thank you! Thank you! Now Sora are you 1000% ready!" I asked. He nodded "yep! I coded it so perfectly it was like it was made this way" he said putting a thumb up. "Great! Mezeto how much did you teach then and how much did they learn" I looked at Mezeto. He thought a bit then said "there all good! They could each take down 2 grown men if they try!" He said smiling. I smiled back "Amazing! And mom how are you mis. Ultimate Prankster" I laughed a bit at this. "Wonderful, I have buzzers under my gloves and I have a wonderful distraction if we need one" I nodded. Oh it was going soo well! I'm so excited! It was about 8 now so I jumped of my high thrown and said "Let's get started than! Shall we"
