THE BLACK HOUSE

Alexandra's POV

I tripped slightly as we landed in the corridor of 12 Grimmauld Place- I was definitely a little more then tipsy. Fred walked along but George noticed the trip since I could see him chuckling and smirking beside me.

"Stop laughing!" I giggled slapping his arm in the process.

But before he could speak, Sirius was stood at the doorframe with Harry Behind him.

"Well if it isn't my god daughter, Alex it's lovely to see you again" he spoke softly.

I walked towards him giving him the tightest hug. I could see Harry and Remus smiling behind him and it felt nice having all my family in one place.

"Sirius, how have you been?" I asked, while letting go of him.

"Well being stuck in this house with nothing but creature moaning on and an unlimited supply of firewiskey- never better" , he replied sarcastically "but it's nice to have you both with me for the next week, I needed the company and what better company then with family" he added while pulling Harry and myself by his side.

We sat at the table for a while and caught up. Mr and Mrs Weasley joined us while the others went to unpack.

"Harry you must be careful this year, he's back for a reason and my guess is you" Sirius said Darkly.

"Now now Sirius, Alex is joining him at Hogwarts this year, he'll be well looked after" Remus added smiling in my direction.

"You're coming to Hogwarts?! Why didn't you tell me! At least I have something to look forward to now" Added Harry.

"Yes I'm coming, I never had a chance to mention it earlier but Uncle Albus is having me sorting the first day back. How exciting! My first time at a proper school" I replied excitedly.

"You've never been to school dear?" asked Mrs Weasley.

"No, I've always been home schooled. I mean I did have some of the best teachers" I smiled winking in Remus' direction.

"Remus homeschooled you? That must have been a laugh" Added Harry.

"Yes it was! A couple of teachers from Hogwarts tutored me over the years. Although it will be different having people to learn with, quite exciting" I replied.

"It sounds like you and Hermione are going to get along just fine" harry laughed.

"Right you two, go unpack and get ready for bed. You'll have time to catchup with Sirius tomorrow" said Molly.

"Good idea" replied Sirius looking in my extremely tipsy direction. "Might want to keep an eye out on the stairs" Sirius whispered to Harry.

"I'm not that bad" I whispered across the table.

"Hate to tell you Alex but you're literally not sitting still" harry chuckled while whispering.

Thankfully everyone else was preoccupied in their own conversation and didn't see me stumble out of the room. As soon as the door shut, we headed towards the stairs Harry started laughing.

"Do you always drink this much" he laughed.

" I enjoy drinking, especially when you live alone it sort of passes the time sometimes" I replied trying my best to not sound like an unstable alcoholic.

"You live alone?" Harry asked as we walked up the stairs.

"Yes, I have my own house. I moved out of Dumbledore Manor years ago. I prefer my own space, not that Uncle Albus is actually at the house most of the time" I sarcastically laughed.
