After everyone came back from England, Amrith immediately went back to work. When Kennya changed her password on the plane, she knew that she would be in trouble with the company owner, her father. In the past she had never missed a single meeting, paper, or fact. Missing two weeks of work wasn't exactly ideal. Before she left to go on the trip with her boyfriend and friends, she promised to check over all the paperwork of the current day. Without the password to her computer it was impossible. When she entered the large glass building she was greeted by a large man in his forties. Hoshi Toshimora, company owner and owner of the largest police force in the city.
"Amrith, you promised that you would check the paperwork while you were on leave. Now I have a meeting in one hour and none of it is at my desk. You have forty-five minutes to have it in my hand. Then I want you to complete uploading all the files in room five-d to the database." He waved his hand in dismissal and Amrith hurried off to her desk. All the unfinished paperwork was sitting in one large pile with a yellow sticky note on top. 'Good luck!' She took the note off and immediately got to work on the large stack.
. . . . .
11:38 PM
Amrith got out of her car with large bags under her eyes and cramps in her neck. As she walked up to her door, she realized that she didn't drive to her house but to her boyfriend's house, Akushima Yuuki. She stepped up onto the porch and knocked on the door. Before Akushima could fully open the door and say something to her, she walked in and rested her head on his shoulder. "Can I stay here for the night Aku?"
Akushima would wrap his arms around her and place his chin on top of her head. "Of course you can Ammy you don't need to ask. But get changed into something else before you go to bed alright?"
She nodded and trudged upstairs to his room. She quickly changed into one of his hoodies and a pair of shorts that she had tucked away in his closet. She looked out the balcony window. The sky was clouded with thunder clouds and the wind blew violently against the windows. Amrith crawled into his bed and waited for him to walk into the room. About twenty minutes later, Akushima walked into the room and took off his shirt and changed into a pair of joggers.
He glanced over at the bed and saw a lump under the covers. As quietly as he could, Akushima made his way over to the bed then laid on top of Amrith. "Ah what a comfy pillow," he smiled as Amrith squirmed underneath him. "Maybe I'll just lay here forever." Amrith pushed him off then laid over him. Since he was well built and had more muscle than her, the tables quickly turned. He loomed over her with one hand next to her head and the other holding her hand by her side. "You know that I will never let you on top unless I'm holding you."
"Not even once? Then I guess I'll have to get stronger than you. Or," Amrith used her free hand to grab the back of his neck to pull him down and kiss him, throwing in a bit of tongue. Akushima was surprised at her boldness from how tired she was earlier but melted into the kiss. He used his free hand to grab her by the waist and pull her closer to him. He moved from her lips and started to kiss her cheek, then down to her neck. His grip by now had loosened and she took the opportunity to free her hand from his grasp. Then she pushed his shoulder and turned on top of him. "I could just find you at your weakest." She kissed him once again then laid on his chest.
"You never cease to amaze me Ammy. Now go to sleep, it's getting late and I know you have work tomorrow." Akushima ran his fingers through her black hair as he began to whisper sweet nothings into her ear and drifted off to sleep.
. . . . .
3:33 AM
The thunder from the storm began to grow distant as the sound of night critters filled the outside air. Amrith opened her eyes and looked outside the balcony door and saw that the sky was still dark. She glanced over at Akushima and saw that he was still asleep. She slid out of the bed, careful to not wake him. As she opened the balcony door the cold air stung her face. The wind was still and snow had glazed the ground. Her breath was visible to the naked eye and her feet began to go numb. She leaned against the railing as she looked out at the city. The lights were beautiful with the many colors it consisted of.
Out of the corner of her eye, she saw one of the greenery plants move. The wind wasn't the cause and all sounds from any animal were far away. She turned and grabbed the closest thing to her, a ceramic pot, and held it in front of her as she inched closer to the plant. A blade came out from it and knocked the plant from her hand. A large male about six feet tall, covered head to toe in black, eyes covered with red-orange contacts and armed with a scythe emerged from the hiding place and knocked a chair in front of the door, locking it shut. "There is nowhere for you to run. So this could go many ways. Come with me pea-" Amrith didn't let the man say another word. She jumped and kicked the blade out of the way and rammed into the masked man. Then she headed towards the door to move the chair but the masked man grabbed a hold of her and pulled her away. The man knocked over one of the other chairs and made a loud thud.
Akushima heard the chair fall and woke up. He saw Amrith outside on the balcony with a large male trying to fight them off. He jumped out of bed and ran over to the door, tripping over the blanket. He threw the blanket onto a nearby chair and rushed to the door. He tried to open the door but the chair was blocking the door from opening. Akushima backed up and ran towards the door and smashed the glass and got onto the balcony. The masked male had hit Amrith in the back of the head and a small bit of blood dripped into the snow. He holstered her onto his shoulder and threw snow into Akushimas eyes, blinding him for a split moment. By the time he was able to see, the masked man and Amrith had disappeared into the night. Akushima fell into the snow with the glass that cut his knees and hands. His eyes grew faint and distant as the realization of Amrith disappearing hit him like a brick. He began to sweat and screamed at the top of his lungs. "She's gone, why the hell did I let him take her. Dammit."
Authors Note
***** Hey there! Little authors note here. I made this one section of many sections to come within a week. I hope in the near future I am able to provide you with a continuation of this short story that has popped up in my head. There is actually a small backstory behind this story. I am a role-player and my friends that I roleplay with refused to kill off one of my characters. However my problem is that none of the good guys ever die. So I decided to make this into a series where I will give my readers short stories that end in some kind of death. !!Please keep in mind that everything I make is not true!! I also will provide a few of those scenes for those who are wanting a NSFW section in some of these short stories. Anyway I wish you all a good day/night! (Also shoutout to one of my friends for helping me with the writing of the story)*****
