Hello, everyone! Guess who back. . . ME! I know I haven't done a chapter in a while, but don't blame me, I'VE BEEN BUSY! Anyways, I'm here to give you some awesome ideas to help YOU have a great morning or in other words, a happier morning. Thank you so much for reading, and I hope you enjoy!
1. Pick out your clothes the night before. I know it sounds silly, but for girls, picking out clothes can lead to stress and even depression. That just ruins your day! So picking out your clothes the day, or night, before is a great way to help un-stress your mornings.
2. Placing something warm or cozy beside your bed. One of the hardest, and I mean hardest, things to do in the morning is probably transitioning your body from the warmth of your blankets, to the cold outside world. Placing something like a sweater, robe, or slippers, next to your bed will make the journey to get out of your bed, just a little easier.
3. Make your alarm your favorite song! This is one of my favorites, because if anythings going to motivate you to get up, it has to be your favorite song. To be honest, I jump out of my bed, singing into a hairbrush every morning if I have my favorite song set.
4. Leave yourself a nice little note. Also being one of my favorites, this encourages you with your own words, making it even better!
5. Write down something you are looking forawrd to happening that day. I do this every day because I feel it is so so important! Then, the rest of the day, you are looking forward to whatever you wrote down! Plus, if you write it down, you can look back on it in a few years, which is super cool!
6. Organize your bag the night before. I think I REALLY need to start doing this, being that I'm so disorganized.
7. Get everything together the night before. Kind of the same thing as the tip above, but in this case, get all of your homework together, check your email, social media, and make sure you are really done for the day.
8. Set aside a morning snack. After breakfast and in between lunch, you can always hear my stomach growling. Se aside a snack and put it in your bag so you can munch on something in between the two times, and you don't starve!
9. Start a group message with your friends to encourage each other. Nothing can encourage someone like a friend can. Every morning, have you and your friends (in a group chat) send a positive message out for every one of your friends to see!
10. Extra time to browse. Every morning I wake up a little later than planned, and then don't have to to check social media, or my emails, or anything for that day, and I know you can relate! Wake up a little earlier to schedule time to browse instagram or twitter or really whatever social media you have!
BONUS. C O F F E E! This is very self explanitory! Coffee just makes the whole day better!
