Hey everyone, I'm back and I have a new Valentine's Chapter for you guys! So, almost everyone who knows me knows, that I LOVE baking for Valentine's day. But, I decided that I wasn't going to do cupcakes or any "basic" dessert, I was going to do something a little different, but very tasty! So, here is, Valentine's Day Chocolate Dipped Pretzels:

Serves: 24

Yield:24

Pretzel Ingredients:

2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips or 2 cups white chocolate, chocolate chips

24 pretzels (You can use the ones that look like sticks to if you wish)

1 cup of any topping you like such as candy sprinkles, coconut, crushed pecans, etc

Directions:

Melt your Chocolate chips in the microwave for as long as it takes to make the chocolate smooth and easy to use.

Then, using a fork, put the pretzel on the fork and dip has much as you feel necessary. (If your using a stick like pretzel you can just hold it and dip if you like).

Before the chocolate cools sprinkle on your sprinkles, coconut, crushed pecans, etc.

Put in fridge for about 10 minutes to harden.
