Maw x Remote Controller Rin

Chapter One

Maw sighed as he sat down on the couch staring at an orange on the table. "Yeah, I don't think Rin will ever love me." He said with another sigh. He continued staring at the orange for a while before the original Rin picked it up and looked at him. "Hey, bud! You want some?" Rin said with an innocent smile. "No thank you," Maw replied gently shaking his head no. "I had a large breakfast." Rin shrugged it off and started unpeeling the orange to eat. Chara 3.0 was talking to IA and Len in the kitchen. "Does Maw seem sad to you?" IA said to Chara 3.0. Chara 3.0 shook her head in response to IA. IA turned over to Len and asked the same question she had asked Chara 3.0. "I dunno, I guess he kinda does," Len said to IA looking over at Maw still sitting on the couch. "But maybe that's just normal." All three of them shrugged it off and continued chatting about nothing in general.

Maw stood up and decided to head to his room where he could hopefully calm himself down instead of cry. He headed up the stairs into his room and had a shocked look on his face when he saw Remote Controller Rin and Neko Rin playing games on his game console. "How did you get into my room?" Maw said as he walked in front of the t.v. "Uhm..." Neko Rin looked over to Remote Controller Rin. "Your door was unlocked." Remote Controller Rin looked up at Maw, setting down the controller she was holding. "But I thought I locked it.." Maw crossed his arms. "I didn't lockpick it if that's what you're implying!.." Remote Controller Rin sheepishly smiled before running out of the room with Neko Rin. Maw just laughed it off and flopped down on his bed. He pulled the covers over him not even changing his clothes and fell asleep.

Two hours later the original Rin knocked on Maw's door. "Maaaaaw. Wake up. It's time for lunch." Rin said while continuously knocking on his door. Maw slowly got out of bed and opened the door. "I'm am up. See?" Maw said rubbing his eyes. "Okay okay, mommy Gumi is making lunch for everyone." Rin smiled and ran downstairs flopping down on the couch. Maw slowly walked down the stairs and sat down at the table. Gumi had just finished making lunch for IA and had started making food for Len. Maw set his head down on the table waiting for his food to be ready. In a couple of minutes, Gumi placed some food down in front of Maw. "Here you go," Gumi said before walking back to the kitchen to finish making food for everyone else. Maw started eating his food as soon as he got it. Remote Controller Rin sat down next to Maw. "Ooooh~ Can I have some?" Remote Controller Rin looked at Maw and innocently smiled. "Sure," Maw said, giving a piece to Remote Controller Rin. Her eyes lit up with joy as she ate the food happily. Maw smiled seeing how happy she was. Remote Controller Rin blushed a small bit seeing Maw's calm smile. She didn't think anything of the blush at the time. No one did. But this was just the beginning.

The hours in the day went by quickly and eventually, it was night. Everyone was already in their rooms ready to sleep. Maw was about to sleep when he heard a knocking on his door. He walked over to the door and opened it. "Oh good, you're still awake. Do you mind if I sleep here tonight? All the Rin's sleep in Rin and Len's room and it gets crowded.." Remote Controller Rin looked at the ground slightly. "U-Uh... Sure.." Maw nodded, confused, and moved out of the way to Remote Controller Rin could enter. She entered his room and set down her pillows and blankets on the floor as Maw got back into his bed. Remote Controller Rin curled up in her blankets on the uncomfortable floor. Maw noticed that she was probably uncomfortable and got out of his bed, picked her up, and placed her into his bed next to where he would sleep. He put the blankets over her and got back into bed. He then fell asleep next to Remote Controller Rin and they both slept peacefully together.

In the morning Remote Controller Rin woke up first. She blushed realizing she slept with Maw and quickly got out of bed. She grabbed up her stuff from the floor and headed back to Rin's room. She set her stuff in there trying not to wake anyone.

Remote Controller Rin headed downstairs to get herself a small snack before breakfast. She opened up the fridge and grabbed an orange. She carefully walked over to the couch and unpeeled the orange eating it piece by piece. Remote Controller Rin shook her head trying to shake away the thought that she slept with one of her friends. 'He was just trying to be nice.. The floor was uncomfortable.' Remote Controller Rin thought to herself as she continued eating the orange. When she was finished and threw away the peel in the trashcan and smiled to herself. She joked to herself about what if she loved Maw. She silently laughed and headed back to the couch waiting for everyone else to wake up.

When Maw woke up he almost instantly noticed that Remote Controller Rin was no longer in the bed with him. He just shrugged it off assuming she woke up and got out of bed. He got dressed in different clothes and left his room to head downstairs. He went downstairs and saw Remote Controller Rin sitting on the couch, seemingly lonely. He sat down next to her and smiled. "Morning," Maw said to Remote Controller Rin. She turned over to him and smiled. "Morning," Maw smiled with her. "Hey Maw, I have a question.. Why was I in your bed?" Remote Controller Rin had stopped smiling when she asked the question. "You seemed uncomfortable on the floor so I just wanted to help." Maw awkwardly smiled. "Ohhh! Ok, that makes sense." Remote Controller Rin sweetly and innocently smiled. Maw blushed slightly seeing how cute she looked. "Thanks for looking out for me." Remote Controller said gently hugging Maw. He smiled and hugged her back.
