"Come on children" I fixed Murad's posture on my arm as we walked out of my new chamber. Rosie held Abdullah in her arms protectively following behind me. Helen followed her while holding Osman's hand as he skipped happily. Zeynep followed lastly with Ayse in her arms who was babbling softly still not able to form a whole sentence, she was babbling about her father.
I walked into the Valide's room and bowed to her and Hatice Sultan before taking my place beside Hatice Sultan much to Mahidevran's annoyance.
"Brother!" Osman ran over to Mustafa and hugged him making me smile, Mustafa was all of his siblings' favorite which I found adorable. Osman hugged Mehmed and Mihrimah as if he hadn't seen them last night before taking his place beside me.
"MAKE WAY, SULTAN SULEIMAN KHAN HAS ARRIVED" I grinned happily as the doors opened to show Suleiman in his royal blue and golden clothes. I bowed along with the other women, I could feel his eyes move between all of us stopping mostly on the children.
"Validam" Suleiman kissed his mother's hand, I watched with a smile as she pulled him down in for a hug thanking Allah for his safe return before Suleiman moved on to his sister who kissed his hand.

"When Hurrem's wrote the good news in her letter, I couldn't be happier," Suleiman said grinning, I could see from the corner of my eyes Hatice roll her eyes softly at his words, she was still mad about what Hurren did.
"Your majesty, I feel very happy that you have returned," Hatice said. Suleiman leaned down and whispered something in her ear making her grin happily before bowing and leaving the room in a hurry.
"Qamar, how are you?" Suleiman asked as he moved to me. I smiled brightly taking his hand into mine and kissed it. I looked up at him wanting to drink him in after so many months away from each other.
"My Sultan has returned, how can I be but perfectly happy and in debt to Allah" I answered softly making Suleiman smile at me in return and pat my cheek.
"He has grown so much" Suleiman pointed out taking Murad from between my arms. He pulled his small body up and kissed his chubby cheek before handing him back to me.
"My lion cub" Suleiman picked up Osman who giggled happily and hugged his neck tightly. "I've missed you, babam" Osman pulled away a little to look at Suleiman who kissed his forehead and placed him back down on the floor.
"My beautiful girl" Suleiman took Ayse from Zeynep and hugged her tightly to him, it was a known fact that Suleiman adored his daughters more than anything in the world
Abdullah let out a small annoyed sound earning our attention as he pushed his arms in front of him towards Suleiman who chuckled and handed Ayse back to Zeynep and took Abdullah from Rosie. He kissed his cheek before handing him back and moved on to Hurrem. I turned to look at Mahidevran who's face turned sour as Suleiman interacted with Hurrem and her children. I rolled my eyes when Hurrem flirted with Suleiman but acted like I didn't hear a thing, we have a pact and I will not be the one to break it no matter what and I hope Hurrem learns that too.
"MAKE WAY SULTAN SULEIMAN HAS ARRIVED" I stood up with Ayse in my arms and bowed to the sultan along with Zeynep and Rosie. Suleiman walked over to us and picked up Osman kissing him on his forehead.
"What a beautiful new chamber you have," He said looking around the room after placing Osman down and clasped his hands behind his back. I looked at the girls and nodded for them to leave us alone, they bowed and left for the old chamber with the children.
"It was Hundi Kalfa who recommended I get a new one and the valide chose this one" I answered smiling at him. Suleiman walked closer to me and sat on the couch and patted for me to sit down beside him which I did.
"You've changed since I was last here," He said touching my cheek. I looked at him confused, other than my hair growing a little longer I pretty much looked the same.
"You grow more and more beautiful each passing day and I thank Allah for sending me such an angel," He said making me smile almost in relief. Just then I remembered how much I've missed him and his words. I reached over and pulled him in for a hug.
"You have no idea how much I missed you, my sultan, I died every day and now I feel reborn in your arms" I whispered pushing my face into his neck trying too hard not to cry.
"Allah alone knows how much I have missed you too," Suleiman said back as we pulled away and he connected our lips in a quick kiss.
"When we were attacked and I was shot, the first thing that passed through my head was you" He placed his hand on my cheek. I knitted my eyebrows at his words feeling fear build up inside of me.
"You were shot? I asked worriedly sliding closer to him on the couch and tried pushing off his kaftan and pulled his shirt over his head trying to find the wound, and I did over his heart.
"It doesn't hurt as much, I believe I survived because Allah wanted me to stay with you" He reached over and whipped the tear that left my eye. I leaned forward and kissed the scar trying to make it disappear.
"This makes me fear you going on campaigns even more" I whispered looking up at him. Suleiman reached over and kissed me softly on the lips.
"Insh'alla nothing will happen" He promised making me smile softly. My fear wasn't only on him but my children too when they eventually do go with him.
"May Allah always is on your side my darling Sultan, The Sultan Of My Heart" I prayed making him smile at me and pulled me for yet another kiss but this time much more passionate and longer.
