Toast

I let out a little laugh and smirk "Only if?"

"I will give you anything you want... just kill him." Scarra said to me and I just sighed in dissapointment.

"Why me?" I askes to him and he glanced at me with a serious face.

"Sykkuno improve so much.. I've been sending a lot of men to kill him.. even put 14 million bounty on his head. No one can bring his dead body to me." Scarra explained and I glanced at Lily.

"What did he do again? For you to treat him like this?" I questioned while Lily looked down and Scarra cleared his throut.

"He broke the rule of the high table, he kills some of our people and... burn down one of my property." Scarra replied which made me glared at him.

"That's not enough reason for me.." I replied then I added "If you want me to kill him, I won't do it.. because I'm busy and I have a lot of people to kill."

"Are you just defending him, Toast? Or you are still concern about him?" Lily asked to me and she chuckled a little.

"No.. It's not like I sti-" I stopped and glanced at her again.

"Oh my, was it guilt?" She questioned and I just walked away.

"We are still talking, Toast." Scarra said then I just ignored him.

"I don't care." I replied then I stepped outside of the room and saw Poki in the middle of the hallway.

"It's been a while." She said with a smile.

I just walked pass her but she didn't stop talking "Exconparator is the one who break the main rule of the high table and that is do not kill in Cosmopolitan."

I stopped walking and she continued on talking "Are you gonna be one of them, Toast?"

"No." I replied coldly and she smiled even brighter.

"The only way for Masayoshi to be save from you is to stay in Cosmopolitan where the assassins can roam freely with innocent people and relax a bit. How can you kill him if he's in there?" Poki asked to me and I glared at her.

"I have my own ways to solve my own problems." I replied then I was about to walk away but she still spoke.

"Condolence for the death of your husband. I really do care about it." She uttered and I just ignored it then walked away.

This place is big and creepy. I don't wanna stay here any longer that's why I leave this place and go somewhere. Somewhere.... Somewhere.

When I arrived in this place, I quickly saw Rae with her parrots, Katara and Sokka. She smiled at me and rushed towards to me.

She quickly embraces me and says "Toast! I'm so sorry for your lost."

"Babushka.." I said then as I expected, someone came and pointed a gun at my head.

"Sykkuno.. oh my god. I haven't seen Toast for like years.." Rae uttered as she let go of me.

I looked behind me to see Sykkuno with scar on his face. My eyes widened and I stepped a little closer to him.

"Sykkuno.." I said then he just keep his gun pointing at him.

"He's a bit.. different now, Toast. Please understand.." Rae whispered to me while trying to stop me.

"What are you doing here?" Sykkuno asked and I tried to grabbed the gun but he quickly noticed it.

"Visiting." I answered then he just furrowed his brows.

"Thanks for visiting, Toast." Rae said gracefully behind me.

"You should have stayed with your dead husband." Sykkuno murmured coldly as I stared at him.

"They are looking for you.. hoping that you'll surrender. Basically, they are afraid of you." I explained then he just sharpen his eyes even more.

"Are you here to kill me?" He asked and I laughed.

"If I were to kill you, I should have done it sooner." I replied then Rae just sighed.

"I will leave you two! Haha! Don't kill each other please! And Toast, I will explain to you later why he's here. I will take care of my parrots so yeah. Bye.." she said then she continued "Take care, guys.." then she finally left.

Sykkuno immediately lowered the gun and grabbed my collar "Are you here to torture me!?" He asked in a load volume.

"No." I replied calmly then he just tighten his grip.

"Why-" he stopped and just glared at me.

"They all want you to be dead." I replied then he pinned me to the wall.

"And I want you dead." He mumbled quietly as he glared directly at my soul.

"I'm planning to kill someone and I know it will cost me a lot but once I've finish that, I wanna help you." I explained and he just smirked in annoyance.

"Why? Because you're guilty? You're guilty because you are the one who brought me here. You are the one who ruined my life.. YOU ARE THE ONE WHO DESTROYED ME!" He shouted at me and I just accepted it all.

It's true and I couldn't disagree but I couldn't also agree. "Why aren't you answering?" He asked to me furiously.

I didn't respond that's why he asked again "WHY AREN'T YOU ANSWERING!?"

"I'm sorry.." I repliedthat made him giggle a bit.

"I'm sorry? Do you think that I can accept that little apology of yours?" He questioned to me and I just remained silent.

I just looked down and he finally decided to let go of me. "I don't know why I keep on loving you even though it's hurting me." Then he left.

"That's unfortunate.." someone said with a deep voice and I already know who it was.

"What are you doing here, Corpse?" I asked and he just put his arm around my shoulder.

"I don't know, man but something tells me that I should kill you right here." He replied then I just sighed.

I removed his arms and uttered "Next time, Corpse. You're my next target if you are planning to kill me."
