Toast

"That is very easy. Maybe I should do it now." Sykkuno answered to me.

I glared at him and grabbed his arms "We escape, go to Comfy Cartel and there, they will help us."

"Are you serious? They will definitely kill me.." He asked to me.

Then I sighed and dragged him over "Yes I'm serious. They won't kill us."

"Why would you think that they won't kill us?" Sykkuno questioned and I just remained silent.

I dragged him all the way to my car and I force him to get in. He glared at me.

"What do you think you're doing?" He asked to me angrily.

"Saving your ass?" I asked then he finally got in.

I also got in and started the engine "They will definitely kill us."

"They won't even dare to touch you." I replied then we head to the Comfy Cartel Headquarter.

When we arrived, two guards instantly approached us and I quickly glared at them "We just want to Scarra."

"Don Scarra.." Lily said dramatically while making a grand entrance.

She smiled and glanced at Sykkuno "Would you look at that, an exconparator."

"I need to talk to Scarra." I said while trying to cover Sykkuno.

"How many should I correct you, Toast?" Lily asked to me then suddenly Scarra appeared out of nowhere.

"Stop, Lily." He ordered then he looked at us "Come in, moonlight lovers."

"Scarra, are you watching a kdrama?" Lily questioned and we just ignored her.

We went inside and everyone wasn't in there room. Poki was in the upstairs looking down at us. Micheal is hiding behind a door, menacingly glaring at us. Yvonne is with her map, also glaring. Brodin is just following Scarra like an obedient dog. Aria is just.. well.. it seems like she doesn't care. The rest of them have knives and guns, ready to kill us.

I stared at Poki above and shouted "I'm so sorry for Rae."

"No, You're not sorry." Poki replied and I furrowed my brows.

"I'm being genuine here." I said.

"Neither do I." She answered and Micheal laughed.

"Looks who's crawling back to us." He uttered happily.

Sykkuno was about to pulled out a knife but I stop him. No knives allowed, atleast that rule works just for us, the two of us.

I then glanced back to Scarra and said "I wanna talk to you in private."

Scarra opened his door and smiled "Sure, just you?"

"With Sykkuno. I don't trust these guys." I replied while Micheal was approaching us.

"Well that's great. Brodin, let us." Scarra ordered and Brodin nodded.

We went in his room and he sat down in his..  fancy looking chair. We just stood up with a serious face.

"You really brought his head here, alive and breathing." Scarra said.

"Well if you wouldn't mind, I'm here for a proposal." I replied.

"Sounds like something you wouldn't do. What is it?" He questioned to me.

"Let's play a game. You will let us live in this house, feed us with no poison, support us and take care for us in once condition. Everyone of your men will try to kill us.. in order to pay what Sykkuno owe to you. If they all died, the game ends we win. If we die, the game ends you will win. The rules are simple, no poison, burning or any death that will not acquire physical contact. They must kill us by hand, no guns but handy weapons are allowed. They must not kill us when we are sleeping, That's cheating and they can only attack when it's daytime. What do you think?" I explained to him.

"Sounds fun but how about Masayoshi's group?" Scarra asked.

"I forgot to say, no one is allowed to interfere therefore anyone who will attack us from outside will be exterminated." I replied then he smiled as wide as possible.

"You never failed to amaze me, Toast." He uttered then he added "Well it's been a long time since we play a family game. Maybe now is the time where we will have a little bonding."

"It's been recorded right?" I asked to him then he nodded.

"Yes yes yes.." He replied then he played it back and paused in a particular part. "Is this all for Sykkuno?" He asked

I sighed then he stood up. He walked towards to us and grabbed a knife.

"Lets make this better. You need to have an offering to start the game." He said then he added "Also we need a blood you know... signature or something.. thankfully I am prepared and always make a contract like if we a deal."

"Deal." I said then he grabbed a piece of paper then he gave me a ballpen.

"Wrote all of it down, to see is to believe." Scarra ordered and I just obeyed him, I wrote everything down but I added something.. Everything that we offered right now will be given back once we won the game. I don't want to lose this particular thing.

I cut my palm and signed it. Sykkuno and Scarra did the same. Now, the game officially started.

"I'm not actually part of the game, right?" Scarra asked to me and I glared at him.

"You are, but your men are fighting for you." I answered.

"Give me your offer." He said then I removed my wedding ring and gave it to him.

He read the contract and smiled "Really? This is too important to you?" He asked and I looked down.

"It's the only thing that was left from him." I replied then Sykkuno gently removed a necklace and I immediately glanced at him with wide eyes.

That was.. the necklace.. I gave to him.. years ago.. "oh seriously? Seriously??" Scarra asked as he took both of our offer.

"Why?" He then asked to Sykkuno

Sykkuno gulped and furrowed his brows. He flinched his fist and sighed afterwards "That was the only reminder I had. Reminder that I was once happy."
