"Who you texting?" Val asked sitting on her bed beside me. "Kentrell" I said as she nodded, "Y'all finna get married" she said as I shook my head laughing.
"Girl bye I just met this nigga" I said as she shrugged and I went back to texting Kentrell.
@Nba youngboy: There's a party tonight at this club you and your friend should come
@_dachanelle_: Ard let me see what we got goin on
"Kentrell invited us to a party tonight, we going?" I asked Val as she looked up from her phone, "Mhm" she said as I nodded.

Kentrell sent the address and the time as I smiled at his next text.
@Nba youngboy: See u there💚
@_dachanelle_: Ok!💚
"What time we gotta be there?" Val asked, "8:30pm" I said as she nodded. "You picking me up?" Val asked as I nodded and got off the bed.
I gotta go shower and get ready at my house. Tyler hasn't been talking to me. He just leaves early in the morning and doesn't come back til the next day which is starting to get annoying.
"I'll be back" I said as Val nodded and I grabbed my phone while walking to my car.
A couple hours later Da'chanelle POV:

After I got ready I was on my way to pick up Val wheel I got a text from Tyler.
Ty💋: I miss u...
He doesn't and I know it. I decided not to respond because I ain't time to deal with that right now.
I left my house and headed to Val's, hopefully she's ready cause I don't wanna be late.
A few minutes later 7:30pm
"Heyy!" Val said getting in the car as I smiled, "You cute" she said as we both started laughing. "You too, we gotta go" I said as she nodded.
Once we got to the club we walked inside seeing a bunch of people by the vip section.
"I need a drink" Val said as I nodded while walking with her to the bar.
After we got our drinks we were just talking until I got a text from Kentrell.
@Nba youngboy: Come to VIP
@_dachanelle_: We on our way
"Come on" I said grabbing my drink as Val nodded and we walked to the vip section and I saw, Kentrell, Ben,Three and a couple other guys.
"Hey!" I said as he smirked and I sat beside him while Val sat beside me and Ben. "How you doing?" Kentrell asked quietly so only me and him could hear and he put his arm around my shoulders.
"I'm good...how about you?" I asked before me and him turned our attention to Val and Ben who stood up.
"We're gonna go dance" she said as Ben kept smoking a blunt and I chuckled before turning my attention back on Kentrell.
"I'm pretty good I'm going on your in a couple months" he said as I nodded and took a sip of my drink.
"Did you like the show?" He asked as I nodded and smiled, "Yeah you were really good!" I said as he smirked, "I'm glad you think so" he said as I smiled.
A few hours later
"Kentrell stop" I said while laughing as Kentrell recorded himself on my phone. We've talked most of the night and Val has been talking to Three and Ben.
"You drunk as shit" Kentrell said as I shook my head and started laughing. "You drove?" He asked as I nodded.
"Ight come on" he said as I nodded and we walked up to Val who was dancing. "She staying with you?" I asked Ben as he nodded and so did I. "Ima take her home" I said as he nodded.
We got in my car and Kentrell drove me home. Once I got home Kentrell helped me walk upstairs and get in the house.
Most of the lights were off which I thought meant Tyler wasn't home but I was wrong.
