Thoughts: The book has shoved me on a rollercoaster of emotions, but I never wanna get off it. One reason I love this book so much is that the author not only showcases a strong romantic relationship, but they also focus on really developing characters individually. This makes the plot twice as intense, because we are able to watch individual character development as well as joint character development. The main character Cassie is a selfless queen, and she's one of my favorite main characters of all times. A warning: this book does deal with dark themes focused around physical abuse. The author does a wonderful job of portraying in a real light the effects abuse can have and tackles necessary topics about coping and mental health through their writing. Despite this book having dark themes within, it has just as many completely heart-melting moments between friends, lovers, family, etc. This book has made me cry, but more times than it's made me cry it's made me beam like a complete idiot. Oh, also one word. Wolfstar. Go read loves!!
